Similar as Paul with "Nothing but Trouble" I saw this movie as a kid.

 

Here is what I remember....

• Chicken shit powered cars drive with coops on their roof.
  
• There are heavy incestual undertones between the deformed twins.
  
• It was the most bleak view of the future I have ever seen in my life.
