You must see this! Vin Diesel wrote and directed a short film to bridge the gap between 2 Fast 2 Furious and The Fast and The Furious (Fast 4). It is 20 minutes long, set in the Dominican, 50% in Spanish, and 100% absurd.

 

Please review this as part of a mini-episode. It is so right for the show, especially after the great Fast Six episode.

I'm particularly fond of how the plight of the urban poor in the third world is highlighted as the characters struggle to pay for gas and food amidst price fluctuations... in a movie franchise about cars that cost in the hundreds of thousands of dollars and boast gas mileage of about 2 miles per gallon.
