I don't know if it's the exact same but around were I live there's a three page small newspaper (so not a magazine) that's kind of in the same vein as COPS the tv show and TMZ filled with mugshots, and they have some frankly lurid and scuzzy things such as "the hottest chick of the week" "craziest face tattoos" or "match the mugshot with the crime!". Also there are multiple websites that put up mugshots and the crime, and the pretty much extort people to take them down. I think it's all rather disgusting since it act's like these people are automatically guilty.

We have those newspapers where I live. The only reason anyone buys them is because they someone they know is in it and they're only a dollar.
