JorellRivera 8 Posted September 30, 2013 Twisted Sister's Dee Snider plays a tatooed psychopath named Captain Howdy who kidnaps and tortures his victims using the art of Body Modification. Linda Cardellini plays one of his teenage victims. Robert Englund plays an angry townsperson who takes the law into his own hands. Dee Snider also wrote the screenplay for this film. nrkist 71 Posted September 30, 2013 I think I've tried to watch this film on several occasions and never made it through. I remember the goofy body mod party/rave a little and something about a car in a lake towards the end? Despite the insane premise, it somehow manages to be one of the most boring movies ever made.
