EPISODE 349 — The 6th Anniversary Show!

Recommended Posts

Come on Scott, asking if people ever celebrate their sex-iversary with Paul Scheer in the room? This is a well-worn bit from the League, Scotty too hottie should be up to date on the league seeing as most of the cast are friends of his, right?

Uhm... I don't know what you're talking about, he's a man.

Oh god! Joe Wengert's deadpan duck makes me laugh so fucking hard.

Laughed my ass off at how long it took for Scott to realize which particular duck he was. Also bring back Time Keeper, perhaps the funniest charac of the ep.

Scott's moment of realization was glorious.

This was good, until the genie segment, which made me lose my mind. C+.

By the way, it feels SO good to have PFT play a genie again:

Middleditch's charac sounds like a cross between his Chinese accent and Kobayashi from The Usual Suspects.

Also the anniversary eps of CBB are the only podcasts where I enjoy them more the second time. So much Content! Scott is a true content provider.

Wengert's Brad was great, (of course!) but every time he circled around eating bread I was hoping he'd say he was going to 'mow down' on it. It's fine that he didn't. It just means I get to go back and pull that episode in order to scratch that itch. lol

This episode was hilarious but I was disappointed that there were TWO opportunities to say "Technicality no down boo over" and they were not taken despite all of the catchphrases!

I feel like Neil Campbell is quite underrated, always hilarious

Scott sounded like he was having such a good time during this one. Great vibes.

Campbell's Time Keeper is the best thing.

What a delight.

Did Thomas Littlebitch have somewhere else to be? Have to go spend some more of his HBO money? I kept waiting for him to come back as another character and it never happened. He's really great on this show.

Mike Hanford's John Lennon also cracked me up on just about every line.

"Back when we were in the Beatles we had rulers that were four feet. We could afford it!"

"While my guitar gently sleeps."

"Drums!"
