Joe Lerini 7329 Posted June 2, 2015 This is wonderful. Someone sew PFT and Gourley together at the hip so they always do podcasts together. Hi, I'm a mad scientist. 4 Share this post Link to post
klemjohansen 748 Posted June 3, 2015 Great episode. The Nolte thing just iced the cake for me. Share this post Link to post
JacobCrites 4977 Posted June 3, 2015 This may be the first masterpiece of Spontaneanation. Everyone was a delight, but Gourley in particular just brought some next level stuff. Matt and Paul's Shakespearean slam-sesh that devolved into quoting Dr. Seuss ("That I may hop on such a pop!" is where I lost it) is probably my favorite moment in the show thus far. 4 Share this post Link to post
sweeneytoad 3 Posted June 3, 2015 Nick Nolte has me dying laughing at my desk. Now I wanna see what Gary convention would look like. Unfortunately, I only know what a geoduck looks like now (more like ewww-ey duck!) 2 Share this post Link to post
Rev. Mike 31 Posted June 3, 2015 Once the D&D references started getting thrown around I thought for sure they would end up in some steam tunnels, but despite my hopes, this episode exceeded all expectations. Shambling Mound! 1 Share this post Link to post
TyresOFlaherty 214 Posted June 4, 2015 I'm really bummed Paul had Eban stop his rendition of the Three Stooges theme, because that was beautiful. 2 Share this post Link to post
Witty Llama 283 Posted June 4, 2015 "Hang on, just gotta drop these drawers..." "Oh Jesus, it's all gonna be true!" Â Thank you so much for this, Matt and Chris. 2 Share this post Link to post
ieatpants 720 Posted June 5, 2015 https://www.spontaneanation.com  god, i wanna buy this but i don't know why. and i don't know what i would do with it. my impulse control is terrible. 1 Share this post Link to post
Poika 615 Posted June 6, 2015 Ugh I can't figure out how to post the actual picture (any help peeps? I have it saved on my computer too) but my buddy made this picture and got it retweeted by Spontaneanation. He was pretty stoked! belovedleader 9 Posted June 6, 2015 Eban and Matt could pass for estranged brothers in the photo, no? Share this post Link to post
denimgremlin 1179 Posted June 6, 2015 Eban and Matt could pass for estranged brothers in the photo, no? Â haha why estranged? Â "you guys look alike, but not quite like brothers, more like brothers who haven't spoken in 20 years" Â Â I'm teasing. maybe you mean "long lost brothers"? 4 Share this post Link to post
Ike Willis 7 Posted June 10, 2015 IMHO the best improve yet on the show. Nick Nolte was killing me. Matt Gourley, such a treat. Sure would like to hear Besser and Auckerman in the ranks on one of these. Share this post Link to post
PiltdownMan 33 Posted June 11, 2015 I don't know if this was the technically best episode, but I sure laughed the hardest I've laughed since "that's not a knife", which is saying something, because that killed me. Share this post Link to post
KrangkaDelic 458 Posted June 14, 2015 this the shit, got me into superego, which is OTT amazeballs. smiles and tear eyes all round. good idea for a famous impersonation in every show, ala Nolte. Share this post Link to post
MichaelKlingensmith 0 Posted June 25, 2015 Episode 10 was the single funniest thing that I have ever heard in my life. I wish I had something to do that was as fun as this show seems to everyone involved. Â Was a decision made to turn on the microphones so we can hear the responses of everyone in the room during the monologue and interview? If so, good call; it really adds to the ambience.
