Bed is the ultimate safe space for a depressive, but unfortunately you have to leave it sometimes (or do you?). Jacqueline and Aparna have logged tens of thousands of hours lying motionless under a heavy duvet, just staring at the ceiling. In this episode they offer tips on how to physically remove yourself from bed or, alternately, how to channel the cosmic energy within to astrally project yourself to plains of existence far away from your dirty apartment.
