Questions for Lexi:
1) There were murmurs before this film came out that the distributor, Lionsgate, was considering cutting it to get a PG-13 rating. Many members of the nerd community were concerned at this idea, as the character of Punisher is so intrinsically related to graphic violence. After seeing your film, it is hard to imagine cutting it to PG-13 was ever a feasible option, so was this actually on the table. or was it a marketing trick?
2) Did you watch the first two Punisher films, with Dolph Lundgren and Tom Jane, respectively, to prepare for this film? What is your opinion of those movies?
