It's written, produced by, and starring Scott Shaw, a martial artist, rollerblader, and general nutcase. It's set in a postapocalyptic world where Scott Shaw plays a martial artist and rollerblader who believes that the way to inner peace and triumph is doing martial arts while rollerblading. I think I see a theme emerging. It was directed by Donald G Jackson, who also directed such epics as Hell Comes To Frogtown. it was produced in Scott Shaw's "zen filmmaking" style, where no script was used. The cast features such silver screen luminaries as Martin Sheen's brother, Sylvester Stallone's brother and porn star Jill Kelly.
