Bumping this hidden gem from 1989.  I just watched it over the weekend, and might give it a second viewing to try and figure out what the hell is going on.

Mix Terminator with Highlander, and you've got Warlock.  This is worth covering for the not-special special effects alone.  ' Entertainment Weekly denounced the special effects for being "so low-budget they might have come out of a joke shop."'  This film somehow cost $15 million to make.
