    In the inaugural episode of Sklarbro country, Randy and Jason Sklar discuss everything from the movie Annie to black NBA star Amare Soudamire's claim that he is in fact a Jew. Also in this first episode, the brothers pitch ideas for Yao Ming's career after the NBA and they talk with Dallas Cowboys owner, Entourage guest star and all around rich guy, Jerry Jones. If you like what the Sklar brothers do when they guest host Jim Rome's radio show, or you are a fan of their show Cheap Seats, or you just like their comedy, you will love this first episode of Sklarbro Country.

    I'd venture a guess that Sklarbro Country is the only sports podcast that opens the show with slam poetry and closes it with an in-depth interview with Matthew McConaughey. I might even guess that they are the only podcast discussing Usain 'Insane' Bolt and Jim 'The Anvil' Neidhart, but that's exactly what you can expect in this episode. Har Mar Superstar tells us how he turned from indie rocker to soul singer, while busting out an acapella version of a Boys To Men song that will leave you in tears. Matthew McConaughey tells us about his acting process, his favorite college football team, and his favorite hemp-based power bar.     There is so much to learn in this Sklarbro Country! Mathematically, we learn more efficient ways to spend $55,000 than treating the Dallas Cowboys to dinner. We get a medical lesson from Mike Birbiglia about REM Behavior Disorder, and a geography lesson from him regarding comedy in Australia. We learn about feminism, specifically in regards to Australian Bikini Racing, and get to learn communication skills from one of the best orators of our time, Tiger Woods.     Welcome back to the Sklarbro Country! This week, The Sklars issue out some Sklarbitration both to listeners of the show AND to second-time guest Jerry Jones. Randy and Jason give their take on several viral videos: The president of Bolivia acting unsportsmanlike, competitive eater Eric Badlands Booker rapping for GoDaddy, and David Hasselhoff treating Dodger fans to a lip-sync performance of Don't Stop Believing. Matt Walsh discusses personnel changes among the Upright Citizens Brigade, as well as his opinions regarding the Chicago Bears and the the Harlem Globe Trotters.
