I cannot agree more with mitchaltogether, this movie needs to be seen if you love bad action from 80's and 90's. Pierce Brosnan with terrible American accent running around DC trying to stop some terrorists or rather arms dealers or someone. Lot's of cheating spouses and "haunting" flashbacks. Title card of the movie is a parody of action movie title cards without the parody. I cannot stress the word robot enough SPOILER: Madonna the robot loves Brosnan's ass. The music is amazing with the main musical theme repeating throughout the film being played by a rocking guitar. One last note, the people in the movie who explode do so mysteriously unless you have been watching the movie for 5 minutes in which case the director has clued you in on the enigmatic substance that brings this tragic end.
