The whole movie can be summed up by their first battle. Nuclear Man, who is actually solar-powered, flies all over the world in a matter of minutes causing destruction in New York, China, and Italy. Now, if I am not mistaken it cannot be daytime in all of those locations simultaneously, so, he would have lost all power in the first fight and the movie should have ended there.
