Though this movie isn't as bad about it as Panic Room, this movie doesn't quite understand or portray diabetes correctly. If someone is a diabetic that brings their blood sugar levels up, thats when you need a shot. A diabetic can go days without a shot but their body isn't functioning properly and they can do damage, they won't burst into flame within a couple of hours. Not to mention the tactic for taking your shot is closer to when you eat, so for some reason "Bubba" ate then they cuffed him and put him on the plane?
