My god, Scott was on fire this episode.

For me, I have taken a liking to Paul's understated characters. His schtick seems to be not acting outrageous or over the top like most of the characters on CBB. His characters' simple manner of speaking (like when the Explosione family is discussing their large muscles) and funny names, for example, I find hilarious. I can see why people are not totally on board, though. As for Pardo, I think a lot of people (including myself) are not completely sold on him because he doesn't fit as naturally in the Earwolf universe. In my opinion, his style of comedy/hosting fits more in the radio/shocking disc jockey style medium.

Huge Andy Kindler fan signing in. His first appearance on CBB with Jerry Minor was an absolute delight
-
Scott's best question will always be : "How much money do you make?"
-
Paul "Explosione" Brittain is quickly becoming one of my favorite character guests.
-
Holy shit, that had to have been the most convoluted and fucking hilarious "story" I've heard from any character on CBB.
-
If you are looking for more of an understated performance from Horatio, I would check out his appearance at this year's SXSW where he plays Kanye West.
-
Also, the closing of the Plugs' Bag song is eventually going to need its own Minisode akin to Two Charted.

I laugh at the idea that Shelly wrote 3, 600 page novels about how he killed a still alive OJ. As an aside, I just wanted to express how much I enjoyed Silicon Valley this season. Really great show.

EPISODE 358 — Freddie Mercury To Me
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I am trying to show some restraint here, but Hal E. Butt has to be the sweetest, most gentle person I've come across in my podcast listening career. -
EPISODE 357 — Modern Anti-Comedy
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
If only the listeners got to experience Scott purposefully fumbling the chord to Natasha as a callback to U Talkin' U2 to Me. -
EPISODE 13 - A Dental Convention in Scottsdale, Arizona: Live from Largo
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins
I was severely disappointed to discover that the title of this episode isn't "Before El-Bear Learned About Shoe Glue" -
EPISODE 356 — Heynong Man
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Heynong Man seems like a natural successor to What's Up Hot Dog. I'm fascinated to see what Andy Daly would do with the character of Heynong Man. -
22 Benny and The Jerks
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Hooray Show with Horatio
This was one of my favorite things Earwolf has released this year. The episode had its fair share of black dick and cum jokes, but I thought some of the more serious discussion (about Letterman and Ozzie) was fascinating and delightful, and deviated more from the non-stop silly and outrageous humor Earwolf podcasts usually provide. -
22 Benny and The Jerks
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Hooray Show with Horatio
I feel the same way with Lapkus. If you listen to her appearances on Who Charted or other interviews, she seems like a very normal, down to earth young woman. Around Scott, she is a filthy, vulgar mongoloid -
EPISODE 355 — Kid Detectives
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I was hoping Scott and a guest would do a Earwolf special where they watched the movie and shit on it akin to an Analyze Fish. I need more of the Murphy Group in my life -
EPISODE 355 — Kid Detectives
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Scott missed an "itttt'sss been" and a Woody Allen Entourage impression early on in this epiosde, so I give it a C-. -
EPISODE 355 — Kid Detectives
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I wouldn't be totally opposed to a Funny or Die Sketch with Scott as Odenkirk, Lapkus as Snoop Dog, and Middleditch as the Chinese caller -
Episode 324 — Golden Duchess Cruise Lines
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
What? The comment in question is just not, in any conceivable way, as crude or offensive as the above comments you posted. I know there is a general inclination among the Earwolf community to respect the work of any improvisor (male or female), which is absolutely commendable. I still think the outrage over a seemingly innocent comment has been cringeworthy. -
EPISODE 354 — Solo Bolo: Dos Lo
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I WANT A WIFE! -
EPISODE 353 — Goodbye Reggie!
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
It kind of bummed me out how upset and sentimental Scott was about Reggie leaving, yet Reggie admits that he probably won't watch the final episode of him on the show. -
EPISODE 353 — Goodbye Reggie!
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
For me, the Silicon Valley episode needs to be somewhere in the top 5. Words cannot adequately express how impressed I was by Middleditch's improvisatory tour-de-force. Other honorable mentions are the Andy Daly/Richter episode, the episode with Paul Britian as the Explosione family (one of my favorite underrated episodes of the year), the Hanford as Lennon episode with American Football (my new favorite musical guest performance on CBB), and both SXSW episodes (Tom Leykis!!). Wow, we really have been spoiled so far this year. -
EPISODE 28 - Ben Schwartz: Second Chances with Donald Faulter
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus
Blasphemy. If anything, this is a bro-down hoedown. -
EPISODE 352 — Scrunchy Face
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Scott is at the point in his podcasting career where he talks entirely in old bits, callbacks, abbreviations, and "over-the-top podcast host" gags. There is nothing more delightful. -
EPISODE 351 — CBB: The Movie
Where Dem Elephant Bones replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
O my god. Scott made an Alien Ant Farm reference. The episode should have just ended abruptly at that point.
