And now they're doing it! My theory is, they have a deal with Amazon where they won't do a movie on the show until it has left Netflix. I watched the first half hour of this recently, and then got tired and went to bed. When they announced this was going to be on the show, I went back and looked and it was gone.

I'll definitely discuss if I've seen it, but my participation will be as-time-permits, and I don't really need to be in charge of picking movies or anything.Though Hedwig and the Angry Inch is one of my favorite movies....

RE: Star Boi "Look what you've done." : I've never heard this song, but there is a scene in the movie version of Hedwig and the Angry Inch where Hedwig's boyfriend Tommy is trying to find the next chord for a song he is writing. The line that will accompany the chord is "look what you've done." At the same time. Hedwig is trying to come up with a stage persona for Tommy. All of a sudden Hedwig has a revelation, paints a cross on Tommy's forehead creating Tommy Gnosis, and at that moment Tommy plays the perfect chord and sings "Look what you've done...." Coincidence?

I'm signed into the forums on my work computer, but when I try to sign in on my phone or my laptop at home I'm being told that the "Sign in with Facebook" feature is broken. Has anyone else tried this recently? I had a regular username and password on the Wolfpop board for The Canon, but I think the Facebook sign-in is my only means of being registered on the Earwolf one and I don't want to lose my comment history if I have to start over.

I think that I can use my work computer to set a password and email address that I can use to log in from other devices.

Christmas Evil. I LOVE this movie, and not in an ironic "so-bad-it's-good" way; I just love this movie. BUT, it's not for everyone. It's not without it's flaws. I think this would be PERFECT for the show.

Listening back, I liked her a lot more on a second spin. My first listen, I was dealing with some frustrating stuff with my kids and I think I was overly irritable. I still think my Daniel Tiger joke was funny though, and I don't regret that one. June singing along, and calling Jason "Motherfucker" at the end are some of my favorite moments on the show EVER!

June singing along and Anna's impersonation of the Greasers ("Hey, you want this cake?") were by far my favorite parts.

Is there a way to take this offline and not discuss it publicly? Because as I said it involves things that annoyed me about a previous guest. I guess I should have just scrubbed that comment too, but now it's been quoted in other comments so it's a little late for that. Also, I have trans friends and support trans and gay rights. That's not what this is about.

I think being a little dangerous about a guest is OK if it's wrapped in a joke. Especially on a board for a show where they joke about Matthew Broderick's soul being gone and his life force being sapped by his wife. I can't say any more about the subject without just outright insulting a previous guest, so I won't.

On youth today being post-virginity: I don't know if they are so much post-virginity, as the focus of youth activity has shifted from the secret to the public. When I was younger, everything interesting that one wished to do was essentially secret. You had to keep the really good stuff from Mom and Dad. We didn't need terms like "Netflix and chill" because broadcasting our sexcapades was something that never would have occurred to us. I literally thought Netflix and chill meant watching Netflix and relaxing, until it was recently explained to me by a younger person. These days, nothing is worth doing unless it is photographed and made public. "Pics or it didn't happen!" While I can't say for certain how this is related to the shifting attitude towards virginity because I'm not swimming in the shark pool of teenage-hood anymore, I would be VERY surprised if there was no connection whatsoever.

Speaking of Daniel Tiger, someone should have said to Anna Faris, "It's almost time to stop, so choose one more drink to drink. That was fun, but now YOU'RE DONE!!!"

Going back and listening to the Christmas episodes. I remember my wife and I rented this and Jingle All the Way in the same weekend because it was Christmas time and we were just watching every Christmas movie we came across that we'd never seen. I'm not for certain if it was that same year that we watched Jack Frost? Seems like we were in a different house for that one. Anyway, they turned out to be great research for future podcasts that hadn't even been made yet. They were fun enough to watch, even if they were bad movies. I hope they do a Christmas episode this year.
