I accidentally like this movie. For whatever reason, I find young Han Solo ridiculously charming in this film. I know it's a bad movie... I know it. But I like it. I really like it. It's worse that I haven't read the books - - my enjoyment is based on this movie alone. Also... 1. Jeremy Irons and Alan Rickman played brothers in the Die Hard franchise. 2. I think Emmy Rossum looks like Dakota Fanning in this film.

I read that Nic Cage attempted to do a "wolf voice" a la Jean Marais for Moonstruck and was told the voice didn't work and he might be replaced. He did Vampire's Kiss right after Moonstruck and I'm assuming he had already backed down on one accent so he went all out on the next one. Also we can all thank Moonstruck as Nic Cage thought it was so smultzy that he HAD to make Vampire's Kiss.

This movie is a hot mess. I dont understand why there needs to be 3 siblings at all. There should be Eddie & the sister. No second brother & have Mila Kunis marry the sister after she explains how the bath works. If the marriage to the second brother was just politics and not based on love, then cut that brother out & give that plot line to the sister... so she can actually have a role in this movie. Also, the absorption side of a Maxi pad is not the sticky side. I dont know what the hell they were doing.
