  1. 7. Who Charted (Gotten bored with it recently but still enjoyable)

I hate to because I used to love it, but I agree that it's gotten stale. I think the conceit of the show has run its course, and the charts almost never lead to any actual conversation about the guest. Also, I might be the only one, but I'm completely done hearing about Summah/the ocean and how much Howard hates Wintah/space. Just like what you like and let other people like what they like. It's tiring. Hayes injected a much needed dose of energy into it though.

Sorry, but it feels good to get that off my chest. I just watched the LAPodFest ep of HH. Pete Holmes was right: HH is even better when you can see their faces. More faces!

  2. I got to be on stage with Julie Klausner once, coincidentally when I was in Hollywood. It was during a taping of her podcast and Billy Eichner interviewed/yelled at me before Julie and Ted Leo played a game of trivia about the podcast where they had to raise my arm whenever they knew an answer. She gave me a copy of "High on Arrival: A Memoir" by Mackenzie Phillips that Julie had signed. It was pretty great.

  3.

I only omitted the ep because 1) I didn't wanna stir the pot over there on the CBB forums and have to endure a bunch of comments about how I'm so "pleased with myself" and 2) let's face it, when Sean and Hayes appear on a podcast, it becomes a Hollywood Handbook episode. It's not a comedy bang bong or a best show or some other garbage. The CBB ep with Sean and Hayes was not a top 10 HH ep. get it?

I get it. Sometimes doing the right thing is hard. Nuremberg.
