The writers of Highlander 2 didnt watch Highlander 1. Thats speculation and you should ignore anything from pt 2 nor should you think it will align with any origin of pt 1. Angus is a relative. Dougal is another relative who helps Conner escape his village after declare him a demon. Kate is his first wife who turns on him immediately at the thought of him being a demon. Literally goes from crying over his corpse to "KILL HIM! HES THE DEVIL!" Connor Macleod is born like any other person is born. His immortality isnt not revealed until he first dies. Its kind of like a Spidey Sense, but they can tell when one another are close by.

I think in the original french cuts of that cartoon, they go full on decapitations. It was heavily edited when adapted to the US. I could also be typing out of turn, as its been decades since I saw the US adaptation on the USA Network. As mentioned earlier, there was even an Anime for Highlander, trying to be its own entirely stand-alone story Honestly it kind of reminds me of Fist of the North Star - with swords.

Queen did the soundtrack to the original Highlander. "Its a Kind of Magic" was a song on that soundtrack. Its a callback being shoehorned in.

High Five! Its awful. All versions of it. Its Gone With The Wind & Casablanca compared to "The Quickening" "End Game", was a Movie/TV crossover (because Lambert is too old in 1998 to be immortal now), released in theaters (very temporarily), fourth - and final - in the theatrical series. Theres a 5th Highlander movie with only Adrian Paul. It went straight to SyFy and was AWFUL BY A LOT! There was also a French Animated tv series that was heavily edited in the US as well as a Anime movie which is pretty good. Hero I did too. I will bet ONE of the many times she gets mad is the "love scene" in the ally after MacCloud becomes young again. What else do we think she'll get mad about? It is actually not the same thing. Directors cut is a third cut of the movie. Which Ive never seen because the other 2 are shit. Dont give this movie any more money!

Thats amazing. This is my favorite episode of the last 6 months. I love how they deviate for 45 mins to talk about anything else including how much Paul hated Batman v Superman because thats how bad Escape from LA is. Its so bad you have to talk about how bad another movie is. I hope they never try to reboot Snake Pliskin because they'll make him losing his eye a whole thing. I have no problems with earwolfs decision and applaud their acknowledgment of errors in their plan. I really appreciate Paul disclaimer and believe him and the HDTGM crew are as upset about this as the average (sane) listener. I believe Both sides will come up with a solution to their compromise.

Yes but it was replayed so damn much on TBS before and after encore showings of Beastmaster.

The other alternative which I dont think has been brought up is, they could just take them down altogether after 6 months - never to be heard again. And no one is making anyone pay for anything they dont want to pay for already.

Its very underrated and I think Overboard took some of its juice.
