    HDTGM Classics vol 1 Burlesque

Eh it's probably me somehow. I'm terrible with technology. Looking forward to this silly movie The earliest one for me now is Green Lantern which I thought was paywalled.

    HDTGM Classics vol 1 Burlesque

I just saw they took the Burlesque episode down! Or at least it's off my iPhone. Is that true for everyone?

    Episode 166.5 - Minisode 166.5

I've seen (but not tasted) raisin filled coleslaw and this is pretty much my experience with it. Which in my opinion doesn't make it coleslaw but some sort of cabbage 'salad' ala pasta salad or potato salad. Coleslaw should be crunchy and vinegary.
  4. I have reading glasses but my vision is fine outside of that
  5. Does 3D give anyone else a massive headache? I have to take the glasses off several times during a showing. I always find 2D more than enough (unless it's the Muppet movie at Disney)

HDTGM Classics - Live "Posting" Group

I don't know how accessible this app is outside of the US, but I just noticed this weekend that the Freeform app has Burlesque as one of its free movies to stream. Probably not the best solution - but a free option if people are worried about it. Just a option! And yes, I was watching Pretty Little Liars.

    Episode 166 - Timecop: LIVE!

One of you nerds went through the entire wikipedia page for poor Ron Silver and changed every reference to his name to 'Actor/Activist Ron Silva'. That must have taken too much time so good on you.

Do you also own From Justin to Kelly? He did that one too.

If we could coincide with past episodes in front of the paywall, that would be great too. Burlesque is up there now!

    Episode 165.5 - Minisode 165.5

Ahh I'm dying to see that and my brother bailed last minute for his friends. Lame. I might just go by myself Friday.

I'm interested - I think I started listening at From Justin to Kelly? I'm CST, so I'm sure I'll be fine with whatever.
  12. A little off topic, but did you guys see/hear that Paul Williams is in the movie Baby Driver?
  13. I think it was the frequency those specific bands played. Because I did learn a lot of other bands that I still really like from them like Queen or Sinatra. I think it was just my parent's palette cleanser when we played too much 'kid' music, so it probably came up after I heard something I really liked and got mad.
  14. My dad was like this with the Beatles and my mom's entire family is like that with Springsteen. Couldn't stand either of them as a kid. This isn't so much hate but I missed a lot of 90s tv shows because my parents were anti-tv. In college they played Saved by the Bell and Wonder Years type shows on some late night rerun channels so I grew fond of them then.
  15. Britney overall but Genie in a Bottle was my jam for a while. Best spice girl was Posh. I see that I'm in minority with that one, but I loved her. I just thought she was so cool.
  16. I'm a sucker for a deep bass voice. I loved when he got the rare solo.
  17. I prefered NSync as a whole but I think Nick was my favorite boy band guy. (Probably because my two best friends in jr high 'claimed' JT and JC)
  18. Nsync all day. And looking for a gif to add was a great use of my time.
  19. It has for me! Wonder what happened. Download everything!
  20. She was really playing with fire when she knew what 'anything' could entail, but immediately rejected the auditioner's advances. I honestly can't tell what her plan is there. Though I liked that she danced off stage and then had to immediately run back. Way to negate that exit. Also, I know this whole movie is predicated on Winslow and Phoenix having a moment together - but they met for like what, 30 seconds? This movie is basically one woman's journey with predators - the 'nice guy' who obsesses over her, the record exec that does casting couch auditions, the label owner that gets her hooked on drugs and sleeps with her to piss off the 'nice guy' and to top it off, they try to kill her. She was in a no win story line.
  21. I legitimately laughed out loud when Beef fell down and couldn't get back up with those ridiculous platform shoes. He was honestly my favorite part of this movie.
  22. I would highly recommend (a) not signing a handwritten contract with weird calligraphy and (b.) not asking the person who has already screwed you over once to clarify parts of said contract. I'm not sure why Winslow though Swan would be truthful then. Also (c.) when reading through contract, don't skip huge portions. That's how you wind up undead. Also in regards to Phoenix - she went from 'singer with principles' to 'drug addicted superstar' real quick. The second she got a microphone she was willing to do anything? Did anyone notice in the final battle (?) scene, there was a guy in a red Hawaiian shirt that was suddenly in like every shot. Was he someone important? I think he stabbed Swan at some point too
