Oh blood sport... that ending after the climax... Such 80's macho (unintentional?) homoeroticism. -

Probably because of all that sweet sweet sexual tension... and mega hot hole punching. -

That lady who called in, saying Jason was cute... Does Jason get a lot of women/girls hitting on him? I'd think he would. -

I made a silly "second opinions" theme. I'd love to give other themes a go, but I'm not sure they would even be any good. (Here's the theme I did make: ) -
This one used to come on some movie channel constantly when I was a kid. I haven't seen it in ages. I remembered Jennifer Tilly also being in it, but not Liam Neeson!

Bad movies, that should be remade because the potential is there.
Amy the Gorilla replied to WTF?MichaelDorn's topic in How Did This Get Made?
I always thought they could always try and give "The Island of Dr. Moreau" another shot. *shrug* I'm always attracted to remakes of obscure movies, either ones that before most people's time, or from another country. I wrote an absolutely terrible 200pg first draft of an Americanized version of the polarizing Japanese film "Pistol Opera." Most people hate the movie, some love it. I don't know if I support the movement to get the Star Wars Prequels remade or not. -
My vote: As a kid I thought this movie was hilarious... yeesh.

Top Five movies that are bad and you should hate, but you actually love.

Speaking of Center Stage, I still like to tell the elephant and the mouse joke. haha! -
Top 5 movies for you personnally that they have not done yet

Yes! I watched this with an ex who shared my adoration of creature scifi and body horror, and we were laughing at it super hard and went "Whoa now" at the That I would love to hear Jason's reaction to. -
Also that while they mentioned the "Harry potter can kiss my ass" line no mention of the "Dreamcatcher was the shit!" that we all hoped would get the ball rolling on a conversation about that movie.

I got the impression he was using his power to mind control the principal into letting that ID incident slide. Which I also figured he used to get into the school in the first place.
-
This part? I didn't even notice that while watching. (Also, Yes, I can make gifs)
-
Actually I kind of figured as much, I just didn't think about it like that. whoops.

I almost forgot! On the subject of child actors who grew up to be attractive, I just recently watched the Rafi and Dirty Randy Episode of the league and saw David Krumholtz... Who totally is one of those... At least to me anyway. ^You have no idea how much I loved that movie (and the first one as well) as a kid. "Life with Mikey" also played on a non-stop loop on some movie channel back in the 90's and I would watch it every time it came on.

I know I'm late to the party, but so did I!

After they switched to 102.1 I ended up listening to 97.1 more, thought I haven't for a few years, but I've sort of quit listening to the radio all together for the most part. Their "Mandatory Metallica" still holds a place in my heart, even if they don't do it anymore. (As far as I know.) There was a controversy back in 2003-2004 where it just disappeared and became "Sunny 97.1" then a Tejano music station, then back to The Eagle. Those were strange times. I used to have The Eagle as my radio alarm and I literally had a "Groudhogs day" moment where the alarm went off and Sunny and Cher' "I got you babe" was playing. Tangent (Feel free to skip): That reminds me of a story. When I was around 12-13 (1997) I was spending the night at my cousin's house and she set her radio alarm to go off at 6am, but I guess she did something wrong because it went off at 3am, but luckily it was something fairly soft with a beat (I want to say it was something by Beck) so I was able to start drifting back to sleep, but the next song was Limp Bizkit's cover of "Faith" and at the chorus my cousin and I sat bolt upright, screaming and trying to turn the radio off.

Mukuly Culkin (I don't care that I spelled his name wrong) is one of those that didn't turn out so hot... but his brother Kieran turned out not so bad. There were probably other factors at play here I'm guessing.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0834001/ Not gonna lie, this is a guilty Pleasure movie for me. It's so ridiculous and awful it's hilarious. Everyone gets their fair share of scenery to chew. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rnqHbqgPpZc

And it's a live show too!

I'm not sure why I felt the need to do this. I have an app on my phone that has the ability to do face swap, and the picture was right there... I'm so sorry.

Underworld: Rise of the Lycans (2009)
Amy the Gorilla replied to Amy the Gorilla's topic in Bad Movie Recommendations
I agree, as well as Underworld Evolution, even though they're not as fun, but equally as baffling. -
"What was your favorite Horny teen movie" I kind of feel like I didn't have the same teen girl experience as most everyone else. Like, I would have crushes on boys at school around my own age occasionally, but in terms of movie/star crushes, pretty much 99% of them were a minimum of 10 years older. (Also I did have mad crushes on a few teachers) For Example, the movie "The patriot" came out when I was around 15 or so and I watched it a shit-ton just because I had the hots for Jason Isaacs (Still do too) and those riding pants/breeches did him lots of favors. Also a lot of "sexualized" stuff that was aimed at my demo didn't do much for me, I was the teen sneaking into the living room after my parents went to bed and watching "Eyes wide shut" and "Summer of Sam" on HBO with the volume turned way down. It also didn't help that my mom adored teen sex comedies and watched them along with us and laughed like a maniac. haha! After we watched "American Pie" she was like "Damn, lets watch Porkys now!"
