Episode 136 - Hell Comes to Frogtown: LIVE!

Damn. I don't think I've ever watched Urban cowboy 100% mostly just because it's just utterly miserable and kinda boring, but The music, the way they dress, and the fact we used to live in a mobile home, reminds me of my earliest memories of being a tiny babychild in the mid/late 80's DFW. Hell my mom's wedding dress looked similar to Debera Winger's in that movie.

Not really. I mean, it's watchable... For the most part. It's just...weird. I mean I had a little bit of a roller coaster of reactions to it. At first I was like Then for a majority of it I was like Occasionally I was like And during that one part (You know which part) I was like

The way I understood the explination, I figured they were done "fighting" in the traditional sense, and were just trying to rebuild their population... And the one who gets the most people first wins? Even if they are all possibly inbred as shit?

Episode 136 - Hell Comes to Frogtown: LIVE!

This reminds me of when I worked as a cashier at Walmart straight out of High school. It seemed at least once or twice, every shift, someone would get an item without a price tag or bar code, and without fail they would say "Oops. I guess it's free then." Thinking they were being clever and witty. Which was fine the first few times I heard it. But after a month or so of that happening literally every day... "Oops. I guess it's free then." On the outside, I chuckle and move on, but inside... Daaaaaaam Cameron. At it again with thinking the same thing I am and posting milliseconds before I do! I'm so sorry. That's a stupid meme and I hate myself for using it.

You know, considering the types of amphibians that occupy "FrogTown" you would think that they would have a problem with it being "Racist" since a good majority of them are Toads. I'm just imagining the conception of the town, and someone saying "You know some of them are actually toads." and some big wig waves them off saying "Eh. Frogs, toads, they all look the same to me." For reference:

I'm not going to suggest myself because that would make me a douche bag apparently. (The forums?) Otherwise:

I will admit though, and this might be because the 80's/90's is when I started forming ideas about what sexuality was and what is/isn't attractive, but I kind of still love the super high cut high waist underwear (What they called granny panties) It seem so much more... risque I guess than the modern "low cut" kind. I'm not really sure why.

Episode 136 - Hell Comes to Frogtown: LIVE!

I'm not sure if I'm the only one who noticed this, but When I watched the "Dance of the three snakes" I was reminded of this scene from a 1960's German film set in India (With lots of brown face) and I almost wonder if this was what they were trying to go for, but failed miserably. Because this is actually really great. (WARNING: Giant statue tits right out the gate at 0:00) Also note, her costume shows a LOT, yetthey managed to cover her belly button. haha! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36OxSwdn7p4&feature=youtu.be So when they said dance of the three snakes, and that you will die if you don't do it, and channel your inner desire, this is kind of where I thought it was going. Too bad it didn't.

Purely based on what I heard (Since there was no visual) in the "How does the flap work" discussion, I think we might know who on that stage is a shower, and who is a grower.

    Episode 135.5 - Minisode 135.5

To quote Jason from the Covenant Ep. "This movie is horny." Holy balls. What even is this movie? It's like the premise of a (softcore) porno, but without any kind of "payoff." Also Also also, what was with 80's movies and headbands as crowns? Also also also... It's kind of like Mad Max Fury Road... 's dumber, sex addicted cousin.

When I was a kid, my aunt thought it would be funny to name her new kitten "Hillary rotten kitten." It still makes me cringe to this day.

I don't know why I thought it would be a good idea to start a new project (script) now, when I've got so much awful stuff going on AND there's an awesomely weird new movie to watch for HDTGM. I'm losing my mind... It explains the talking goat. (In the thing I'm writing. haha!)

One of these days I'll make a C&O that gets read on the show. Maybe one day Senpai will notice me. (In my case Senpai is Jason, but the joke still works in this case too.)

    Episode 135 - Solarbabies: LIVE!

That sounds like the plot of an artsy "zombie outbreak" film. It's a "disease" that spreads via social media and/or the internet... Like that Stephen King book (Now movie) "Cell." I'd had a really weird, surreal idea about an apocalyptic "disease" started by an idea by one person that spread... but then I saw the movie "Aimy in a cage" and immediately tried to erase the idea from my brain. That movie is not even funny bad, it's just miserable. The movie was nothing (story wise) like the idea I had, but it was similar enough...Artistically? that I just couldn't bring myself to write even an outline. It was that traumatizing.

I was kind of doing this too, and all I seemed to find was that the name "Tugay" means Brigade in Turkish. (Pronounced too-guy I think) I don't know if that's relevant, it seemed to loosely fit to me. I dunno.

One of my other aunts posted that she loved him in Short circuit...Even I forgot he was in that. I guess brown face Fisher Stevens and that cloyingly adorable robot dominate more of my memories of that movie. But yeah, I think they knew who he was, but not really his name I guess (one person there was born in 1996 So...)

    Episode 135 - Solarbabies: LIVE!

I don't know how to tell this story without a semi-depressing opening (Much like finding Nemo) But my mom's memorial service was today... Okay on to the better part. Afterward I was hanging out with my extended family, and we're board game/card game/tabletop gaming people, and after a rousing game of Cranium (Which my team won), we played this game where you write down any "person, place or thing" on three slips of paper and put them into a hat, the two teams go through three one minute rounds per person. First round, you can describe what you've drawn in some way that isn't any of the words on the slip of paper. Round 2 you can only use a single word to describe what you've drawn (Um's and uhh's count and you can only pantomime until someone on your team guesses or time runs out) Round 3 is pantomime only. the team with the most slips of paper guessed at the end of the round wins that round. ... And when I say any person, place or thing, I mean anything. I had one smart-ass cousin-in-law who wrote down things like "Some kind of batman" and "Candied fish sticks" The point of this story is that I couldn't resist writing down "Steve Guttenberg." The problem though was that no one playing the game knew who I was talking about and the ones who did, didn't find it as amusing as I did. My aunt (Who wasn't playing) was the only one who got it, and when no one could think of his first name (They got his last name by talking about the Gutenberg bible) she yelled it out from the other room and laughed like a jackal (As she's known to do.) And to add onto this story I just checked my facebook and my cousin posted his IMDB in our family group saying "Just for the record" which made me laugh. Edit: I just posted the roller skating "Can't Stop The Music" opening youtube video as a response.
