I can't even begin to describe this movie. I'll try. It's baffling, it's pretentious, Oscar Isaac says "Brother" way too many times, the main character is a huge fucking tool, the plot makes very little sense, with plot holes out the wazoo, and the faux-philosophical bullshit they try to pass off as dialogue is just awful. I've had so much stuff going on that I just now finally started watching this movie...and I've realized something... MY WHOLE LIFE IS A LIE! This was the movie I saw asa kid, and was told, not just by my mom, but by the tv info, that it was the original Mannequin movie...not the sequel. I was lied to! Please excuse me while I go curl up in bed with a pint of chunky monkey and sob for twelve hours.

The few I found so far. (I don't know why I covered up my last name, but kept my twitter handle, it's not like you can't look it up on twitter. Just habit I guess.) I don't feel like looking anymore. haha!

Going that far back in my twitter history, I even changed my handle a couple time... I'll try anyway, though. If I don't make it back, tell Jason I love him.

I haven't watched the movie, or listened to this episode yet (Or read any of the comments yet either.) but I just saw that the guest was Steve Agee. I used to flirt with that man so hard on twitter before I took a really looooong break from it a few years ago. Ok. that's all I wanted to say.

I haven't watched the original "Mannequin" in many many maaaaaaaaaaaaany years, so I don't remember a whole lot, but one thing that happened in the original was the main character and Meshach Taylor were being shot at and were like "Get down!" and the were trying to warn other people screaming "Get down!" and a sassy woman turned to them, snapped her finger and said something like "Alright! Get down honey!" and walked away. That memory likes to pop into my head at random moments throughout my life. I don't relly know why.

I have no idea why this is making me laugh so hard.

I can't even be mad at that. I was only living there for the past 4 years. It's literally a "pass through" city and their high school's mascot are the "Fighting Farmers." If the apartments I lived in didn't have the train station (DART/ATrain) across the street, I probably would have been living in Carrollton... Again.

Exactly! Like, I think there are worse things to worry about than a hair style. I think the people who complain about a guy wearing a top knot/ "man bun" are bigger assholes than the guy wearing it, who honestly doesn't care and is just wearing what he feels like. Sorry Jerry.

I had the same thing said to me when I came up with a really weird Terminator movie based on a weird-ass dream I had... about a year before Gensys came out. Hell, I even had Neil McDonough as a character in my dream.

Late thought that I had watching this movie that I forgot to post. This movie would probably be considered an early version of "Food Porn." Depends on what you mean by "Attractiveness." I can general acknowledge that someone is attractive, without being attracted to them myself, and then there are those that I am attracted to, for one reason or another... Basically what I'm saying is it would be a short list if it was by if I had a "crush" on them. (P.S. I adore how many people in here appreciate that which is Tom Hiddleston. ) 1. Steve Roger - Not Chris Evans. He's super attractive, but I don't know much about him to say if I have any sort of crush or whatever on him, but I'm absolutely in love with Steve. I would even marry this shit out of pre-serum Steve. 2. Tom Hiddleston - Not Loki. To be fair, I'm with some of you guys who said you didn't like him at first, since Loki is a a greasy villain, it wasn't until I saw this picture: and the supposed story around it (That it was one of Ruffalo's kids, which turns out not to be true. ) and about how he is suuuuuuch a nice guy. So then my ovaries were like "OMG YOU LOVE HIM! YOU LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE HIM!!" My "crush" has sort of waned quite a bit, especially after hearing he was dating someone (I lose interest when that happens) and then recently when I was informed that he dates ALL of his female co-stars and dumps them not long after shooting wraps. 3.Scarlett johansson - I mean, yeah, duh, she's super attractive, but I've always thought she was pretty badass, and asa teenager I always felt cool being only a week or so younger than someone so cool. I have weird standards for what makes me feel cool. haha! 4. Thor/Chris Hemsworth - I don't have any sort of crush or anything on him, but he is irritatingly attractive...and my mom loved to make me uncomfortable with comments about how hot she thought he was when we watched movies with him in it. haha! P.S. I changed my signature in honor of this movie (Simply Irresistible) too. The part that made me laugh.

Sorry guys, getting caught up, been in focusing on my new job with the weird hours, and finishing up rewriting a new ending for something. So only just now getting to sit down and listen to the podcast. On the subject of 20 minutes for a good sexual though, I think she's more suggesting fantasies, as opposed to just general sex related thoughts. Depends. Me doing it to someone who is okay with it: Hot. Someone doing it to me: If it's something they insist on doing because they're like me and think it's hot to do to someone, I can get used to it though. lol.

I'm finally finishing up watching "Simply Irresistible" and I've been a lot like you guys just thinking "Umm... What?" Throughout... but I have to say, I had one, great, laugh in it (At around the 1:07:36 mark) where the horny secretary says "You're the boss" to the boss she fed the eclairs to and he nervously whispers " N-no.. you be the boss this time." I'm still laughing about that.

I think I watched this movie (Simply Irresistible) years and years ago on TV... Near the middle/end? is there a chef guy making some desert and licking his fingers after he touches each one? That's all I can remember because it bugged the absolute SHIT out of me. That's gross dude... Also I could have sworn it was Jennifer Love Hewitt in this movie, not SMG...unless there's a knock-off of this movie with JLH??? I jut need to watch the movie and get it over with.
