  1. Fabio's Socks

Episode 141 - Karen Kilgariff, Our Close Friend

I don't know if anyone noticed this about the Howl ad read, but if you listen really closely, you can actually hear Hayes blinking "torture" in Morse Code throughout the whole ad. Pretty clever and brave if you ask me.

@Spunky Foonerism, how about this? I have four different cans of food in front of me, labeled alphabetically. I don't know what's in any of them, but I think I'm gonna sample ©Andy

Wow, only two weeks since Gollstone started pushing for an intern Andy episode and we already have one. I guess we know who really has pull over the boys. I heard stone has been doing odd jobs for Sean and Hayes and that's how he worked his way into the inner circle.

Episode 140 - Sharon Horgan, Our Close Friend

Eh, I'm not really a Dumbledore guy. The only one that really resonated with me was Dobby

For me personally? More legs = more socks. And if I'm for anything in this world, it's more Socks.

Sleeping is overrated. I heard that every time you sleep, you swallow up to 3 spiders without knowing it. I refuse to sleep because I don't need those extra calories
  7. Chris Bannon would rather it be "Improv To People Named Andy"
  8. Jack Johnson, You brought so many smiles to so many people around the world through your work on FOX's "The News Girl." Of course we won't hold it against you that you participated in a forum bit that drew a lot of outside criticism despite being at its core a very funny bit. I, for one, still hold you in high esteem, though I will continue to play my part in the counter-bit like a true professional. Consider our friendship as strong as it has ever been. Yours respectfully, Socks
  9. Wow, the one week I wait until 11 AM to listen to the episode and the forums have devolved into madness and infighting before I get here. That's fine. I'm here now to set things back in order. To everybody shouting "suck it" at my friend, I've got one piece of advice for you: Put a sock in it.
  10. What's that? Did I just double post? No, I didn't. I just triple posted, hombres. That's right. I'm throwing all the rules out the window today. Fabio's Socks answers to no one. You can't control me! I am the master of my fate!
  11. I'm a big Survivor fan, so I've also listened to a healthy amount of RSS
  12. I have the same problem, Auden. I've probably listened to Brandon Content a dozen times by this point. So the forums can't blame me. Blame Brandon if anybody!
  13. I've only listened to maybe half the back catalog of HH, but I'm going back to the beginning to listen to them all in order. It's kind of like a cool, fun race between me listening to all the podcasts before Scripps finishes their big wall project. I'm up to #13 already. The boys hit their best hot streak so far between Benny Schwaz at 12 and Andy Daly at 13. It's also fun hearing all my friends (& enemies) from the forum getting shout-outs for buying the pro version.
  14. I clicked this link, then spent most of the day reading it in small pieces in between meals and other bits of work. It's very long. I felt very much like Caity Weaver, trying to choke down a bottomless supply of mozzarella sticks over the course of a full day, except I was choking down anecdotes about an endless supply of mozzarella sticks instead of the sticks themselves, and I wasn't trapped inside a TGI Friday.
  15. I heard that Hollywood Handbook show is pretty good
  16. I like it as a start, but how do we spin it forward? Do they only hit backhands? What if the ball comes on their forehand side? Are their backhands just better than their forehands? If that's the case, then wouldn't opponents just always hit the ball to their forehands? How is their team dynamic? Do they also "compliment" each other verbally? Or is it more on-brand for them to secretly hate each other and just interact in sarcastic little barbs couched as encouragement and praise?
  17. OK, I got here during page 3, so I'm still cleared to talk about the podcast for one more page I think before we switch to how everyone's life is. The ads were top-notch this week. Cody is becoming a force of comedy in his own right. Look out, Brett. Gethard has this amazing way of sounding hyper sincere and vulnerable. It's like the perfect foil for Sean's shell of dripping sarcasm. And I love the recurring theme of Sean's brain just going off the rail when Hayes isn't around. This ep is like the spiritual successor to The We Don't Need No Hayes Show and Sean's part of Big Apple Bible.
  18. I am an ice-man like gollstone (or I might actually just be a voice inside gollstone's head, we haven't fully figured that out yet). I'm going to go for a dip in Lake Minnetonka now as a tribute to Sean, who just took over as my favorite HH host by totally pandering straight to me with that comment. I'm touched that he cares that much about me
  19. I'm a big Punch You In the Jeans guy
  20. Ah, I was so young and naive in April. I think that was my first week on the forums. My grammar has improved dramatically too
  21. The forums are so alive right now! I guess all it took was showing Sean & Hayes's true feelings towards us to get us all to start frantically posting to earn their approval back. Engineer Brett is truly the hero the forums needed right now
  22. I'm still supporting Jackal's strong, angry and bribery-fueled campaign. But I can't say anything bad about Silvr. She's actually the best.
  23. What a rebel. We should call you Ban-ny Rotten
  24. The "good authority" might just be me making it all up, but still. Good authority.
