I'm not usually a fan of the versus proposals on here, however Trading Places vs. Coming to America would be great and have a reason to go head to head. Plus they connect with a cameo!

Oh I love this movie. I have people over for a weekly movie night and showed this recently. I was surprised a couple people didn't like it. They couldn't seem to get over it not being realistic. It's a fairy tale with elements of German expressionism. It's supposed to look that way. But maybe since there are some who don't get it, it might make a good Canon pick.

Bully vs. Kids. I'm not a Harmony Korine fan but I love Larry Clark's films.

Canonites! I love it.

I do disagree about the prologue. I actually like how it shaped the characters as children first.

I also loved this movie as a teenager but recent viewings have left me wondering why I liked it. Like a previous poster mentioned, I Cant help but think of Don't Be a Menace. It's spot-on in parodying this. I forgot at times thinking that a scene from that movie was about to come up next. I also voted no.

Using Overcast it at first wouldn't download and then when it says 100% it wouldn't play. After a couple tries I got it to work on the iPhone podcast app, which I hate having to use.
