Episode 7 — Battleship Strap-On
jimboch replied to admin's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
Matt, thanks for sharing your stories about your dad. It was funny and poignant, and I'm sure he would've loved it. Thanks for the laughs. -
Now, perhaps most importantly, Scott is heading to a Phish concert tonight. I am excited.

I don't think I can fully explain how much I love the fact that the Farts and Procreation is #1 (I absolutely voted for it). I think it really encapsulates everything that is great about CBB. Long form improv, characters, dedication to bits, absolute lunacy, Harris Wittels...Having said that, much like Trainspotting or Requiem for a Dream, I have no interest in ever listening to it ever again, despite absolutely being in love with it. Thanks for the great year, Scott and co.! Looking forward to the coming year!

I don't know what exactly I just listened to, but I loved it with every part of my body. Hi Harris! I hope the other meanies didn't hurt your feelings.

If I ever win a Nobel Prize I am going to start the speech with "Obviously, I am a dragon."

You missed a golden opportunity to have some David Wain-themed bumper music, Scott! Outside of that, great episode. Who knew Paul Rudd could freestyle rap?
-
The surely painstaking process for creating titles for every episode of CBB ever was truly worth it, if only for having the words "Pussy CPR" forever memorialized on the Internet.

If someone could draw a picture of everyone in the booth during that second segment (Flying Fabrice Fabrice, Don Pardo as Marv Albert, Uncle Cowboy, George St. Geegland and Gil Faizon, the Coen Brothers, John Mulaney, Nick Kroll, and Scott Aukerman) I would be eternally grateful.

Scott, it's about time you treated your father-in-law well. Thank you for giving him a forum to share his beautiful words with the world.
