Another great episode Jeff! Also, as a fellow Cohen, thanks for coming on Matt! Although I don't think there is a battle between the mainstream podcast networks (e.g. Earwolf, SModcast, etc), there is probably some juggling for position between the independent ones. I've tried listening to some of the podcasts in the Yourcast section and, while their concepts are good, they are just unlistenable. On the other hand, after Jeff Rubin came on two weeks ago, I started listening to his podcast and it isfantastic! I know he is in NY, but if you could get Rubin a show on here, this person would be very happy.

It's amazing how this podcast keeps getting better and better. This episode put you guys on top for me. The toliet mack truck Turbo sent me into a laughing fit that forced me to explain myself to passers by of my office. I really thought that once the first mack truck went by that you guys were going to ignore it, so to my delight you came back to it. I definatley heard a poop during one of the toilet flushes? Was that Kyle's mom dropping a duece?

I think every scene in this movie could have been dissected and crapped on, but the one that did it for me was at the end when the F-16 got shot out of the sky, tumbled over goatee and grosso, and rammed into the king kong alien, yet they were unscathed. That's when I woke up the neighbors with a seething, "GOD DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!!"

I disagree. Any movie that has Digital Underground (w/Tupac) in it is good with me regardless. I would have probably enjoyed Crank 2 if DU was in it!

I thought it was pretty telling when Baratunde pointed out that it will be very difficult to get people to pay for an audio only medium with all of the other multimedia options that are out there today. That being said, I don't think having video of these podcasts taken will play very well because I believe it would take away from the character voices that are prevelant on most of Earwolf's shows. It would be hard to think "Alan Rickman" when I am sitting there watching the voice come out of James A's mouth.
