Hey T&K&D aaaanndd A, Thanks for such great shows lately, and Donald Trump is my new favorite impression of Kyle's. I kinda miss David's Chicago guy, come to mention it. I can't wait for the further adventures of Morbot and Good One. Maybe they could open a detective agency? Here's hoping. Finally, I wanted to include a message for Tig: Hey, Tig. I just bought/listened to LIVE. I know you're serious about your craft and think LIVE is pretty "raw' , but damn, don't be too hard on yourself-this recording is great and it made my day better... Love, Jamey

Hey T&K&D...aaaand A, Great show-I hope things are going well with Tig and Kyle's move. You're all in my thoughts. The show's been a wild ride lately, and I wanted to single out Kyle's Donald Trump imitation for high praise-it's weird, eerily accurate, and of course most luxurious... Jamey Austin, TX

Hey Tig&Kyle&David&Aaron&Taylor(!), OK, I'm sure y'all are getting this a lot, but this was one of the best Professor Blastoffs, if not one of the best podcasts, I've ever heard. I mean, most of this episode could be in the Best Of. A call from Kyle's mother or a riddle probably would have melted my computer into a hot puddle of awesome.... Jamey Austin, TX

Hey KuKu and WieWie, Just wanted to drop a note and say Who Charted has been in my own personal heavy rotation for a few weeks now-y'all are getting better and better! Wie's so fast and funny, and Kulap's got the most bubbly on-air personality with deep knowledge her damn self. Wow, stay awesome... Jamey Austin, TX PS-Howard, I can't get the themes out of my head(chart ex-clusive!)

Dear Tig & Kyle & David & Aaron and all the rest of the Riverbottom Nightmare Swamp Rock Band, Thanks again everybody for a great show, thanks Tig for reading one of my letters(!), and thanks Dr. Shady for your fight against airborne pathogens both down under and up above. Kyle's stories and riddles are always a highlight, and now I can't hear rhyming poetry without thinking of ways to make the words rhyme with "buses", "sashes", or "and then!" Also, it sounds like Kyle and I had a very similar "first" experience, though it did not lead to a Billy Joel concert in my case. Jamey Austin, TX

Here's some hot swamp rockin', y'all. Believe it:

Hey T&K&D, Wow-Steven Yates was one of the best guests yet, and Aaron's really gettin' the hang of the clip thing. This episode had a really good balance between guest and host input, and great chemistry all around. Plus, there was a great riddle and a short visit from Cajun Lady! Please accept your Green Circle Award, y'all...

Hey there T&K&D(&PFT), Thanks so much for the newest Professor Blastoff w/Paul F. Tompkins-throw this one in the vault (or launch it into orbit with the Professor)-this was a great episode! Y'all are knockin' 'em out these days... Jamey Austin TX

Hi T&K&D, Owen's great-thanks for having him back! I bet he and Dr. Cohen would make for a great PB end-of-year finale. Also, I have an idea for another money-maker: How about trademarking haircuts and selling the designs? Like, "Hey, gimme a Tig-wig. I gotta date tonight!" Or, "Can you give me a Kyle-style"? "Nah, just give the Dave-wave". Thanks again, Jamey

Episode 89 — Television Ailments III
thejames replied to admin's topic in Affirmation Nation with Bob Ducca
Bob, This trilogy of Television Ailments is right up there with LOTR and Star Wars as far as I am concerned-it almost makes me forget my Battlestar Sciatica. -
Hey T&K&D, Thanks again-it's always a wild ride with the Professor, but I have to say I missed the "beep-boop-boop-boop" at the beginning of the episode. Could the Good One Robot be programmed to provide an extra one next show?

Hey T&K&D, Thanks again-these podcasts are fast becoming appointment listening for me, and I appreciate the unique approach. It's not just comedians talking with fellow comedians; there's always an element of chance as far as how the guests will respond. One topic that did not get mentioned(although a pretty disturbing one) is the practice of honor killings as practiced in some communities in the Mid-East, though I believe that Owen's explanation of honor being maintained by a small community covers the idea as far as "honor" being separate from "morality". Sometimes, the "village" is a wonderful and supportive place, and sometimes it's very dangerous. Thanks again for a thought-provoking episode, and the stories were great-especially Kyle's. Jamey

Hey T&K&D, This was a fun episode, like always, and my favorite part was hearing David's rude-guy-in-the-bar story. I like hearing about how people react in real-world situations when another person is behaving badly. This could have been a great two-parter, too, and I'm surprised Tig didn't chime in with her dislike of pointing! Amy has a great definition of rudeness, as well-that it's theft of another person's space, time, and turn at talk. It was thought-provoking, and anything that encourages mindfulness is OK with me. Sorry to go all Bob Ducca there... Thanks, Jamey

Hey T&K&D, Thanks again for another GOOD ONE. Speaking of good ones, I'd like to send a special shout-out to Tig, who I got to see for the first time ever in Austin on Monday night-thanks for bringing the funny, and for being so cool after the show. Thanks, Jamey PS-this was a good topic-I think it could be revisited but narrowed down to different countries?
