Bob, have you tried the Mueller Hinged Wrap-around brace? It has a hinging mechanism to ensure your kneecap tracks properly. I think if you just try the Mueller you will agree that it is superior to the Bauerfield Genutrain. As a longtime sufferer of patella femoral syndrome myself, I look forward to more knee-related reviews from your informative podcast.
