Ok, so this movie is one of my guilty pleasures, (I'm a sucker for anything Bruce Willis does, what can I say?) But the premise is so preposterous that I can 't even begin to tell you what it's about All you need to know is Bruce Willis and Danny Aiello (sp?) are cat burglars who sing songs (out loud!) to keep time during heists...and it goes from there. Trust me, you must do this one. Or the kitty gets it!

This is probably the first episode I'll listen to again at some point. And yes, there are no wolves in Van Halen yet there is a Wolfgang. Minus 283 points, Adam Scott, for not pointing that out.

Gotta give props to Howard for sticking with the format, even thought you could clearly hear that he wanted to get this one over with. All the randomness that makes Howard great...gone. Andy even mentioned several times the look on Howard's face. But he really didn't have to. You could hear it in his voice. Someone earlier said that the show works when the guests stay within the confines of the show and that's absolutely true. The comedy comes organically, through the here and now conversations. But Andy was trying way too hard, bringing things in from the outside when he didn't have to. He's naturally a funny guy. I kept saying to myself, "Ok, he got it out of his system" but he just kept it up. Flashes of Brody Stevens, I tell ya... That being said, the show remains why I look forward to Wednesday every week.

This was mentioned in the last episode. So if a song played every time you made an entrance of some type, what would it be?

Yay, my halfie-making song suggestion was played! What's more, I think Kulap liked it! Even better, all those Jumble puzzles finally paid off and I totally beat everyone to the Nazi gold. In its place of course, I left my calling card...super high-quality chocolate.

Another must listen. Listening to you two banter is all kinds of goodness. I had no idea Scott was a big Prince head. Nobody can touch him in my book. How frikkiin awesome for you guys in LA to have been able to see him mutliple times. I like what someone posted earlier about Scott schooling Harris on Prince, but I think he already likes him, judging from his reaction to Scott saying he digs him. So, they'd hafta get someone else for "Analyze Prince". But as far as THIS podcast is concerned...um, more Prince talk please!

Was I the only one who thought Cross actually didn't enjoy himself? Anyway, here's hoping that "Chip Wrecked" is the Back To The Future III of the Chipmunk movie franchise, meaning, they're able to bring back some of that charm from the original...and I really hope ZZ Top has a cameo.

I think Kulap would get down to this old school joint, and I can definitely see Scott thrusting to it as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLwW7ZDWn5Y

If we could "like" posts I would "like" that one, Jenny. And if we had emoticons I'd put a smiley face here.

Thanks for everything, Doug. Hope to hear from you soon!

While I look forward to this show every week and love the conversational aspect of it, I've always thought it could use a little structure rather than just jumping around to different parts of the movie. How 'bout like a beginning segment where you just talk about the premise. And then have like an Act I where the first half is discussed, and Act II for the second half (maybe even an intermission segment?) and then the listener comment segment. I realize this would require more prep to do, but just some ideas.

The only parts I didn't like was when Marc would ask if he's "doing this right". Took me out of it and then had to get settled back in. Altogether though, quite enjoyable. Loved all the new country song titles they came up with.

Thank so much for posting this, Justin. The new TWiT studio looks fantastic! Jeff should definitely get Leo on The Wolf Den and pick that man's brain.

I think a good way to deal with the repetitiveness of counting down the weekly charts, especially the movie chart, would be to do a...(in his best Kulap whisper)...Chart Flashback. Pick a date, or use that day's date but a previous year, and do a chart from then. It'd be great to hear stories/opinions about past hit songs and movies. And it sure beats going to some obscure foreign chart in an attempt to mix things up. I can already hear Howard asking the guest, "What is a young (guest name) doing in July of 1995?"
