I don't know what possessed me to enjoy this movie the first time that I saw it. The depiction of the start of The Runaways. Can't be hard, right? The second time was COMPLETELY different. There is a ton of over acting and people trying to out "badass" each other. They try to make large spans of time throughout the movie pass and fail and it's hard to tell their success because nothing is ever apparent. Shitty dialogue, the plot is terrible and everyone tries way too hard. Oh, and Michael Shannon, I liked you in Boardwalk Empire. You just tried WAY too hard in this movie. "These guys want you to rip your shirts off, you ladies. Men don't care about you! Give them orgasms! Orgasms! Now play, girls." This movie is just too cool for school.
