  1. Well, you have to on the Earwolf forums. If you say you don't like someone's favorite thing ever, they expect you to apologize.

You don't shake someone's hand after a performance and say, "That sucked. I could barely sit through it." Why do you do it on here? It's unhelpful and rude. This doesn't have to be some kind of unrealistic, idealistic paradise for people to behave decently when they don't enjoy something. Criticism is analysing something and bringing to light its faults, it is not saying, "I don't like this."

I fucking hate when I argue over these kinds of things, it brings down the mood and is distracting, but I can't help myself.

  2. Great ep. Everyone was very funny. Andy was great once again.

However, I gotta confess to being a little distracted while listening to this episode. I had just watched an episode of Ian's short-lived spin-off "Agents of F.R.I.E.N.D.S." before listening, and I couldn't stop thinking about what Ian went through over those 13 episodes. Erica's death; severe alcoholism; horseplay from the terrorists; losing a hand; famine in the land; Zayn leaving the band; and on top of all that, the trouble that comes with being a freelance secret agent for a year.

Apologies to Joe but running jokes into the ground is fun sometimes.

  3. My favourite bit in F.R.I.E.N.D.S. is probably when Niall has a lot of Dandler's clothes on, and he says to Dandler, "I am wearing your clothes and they're rubbing off my balls." It's my favourite bit because it was a sign of things to come with regards to the eventual breakdown of Niall and Dandler's relationship and Niall's subsequent arrest for the manslaughter of Ian in season 9.

This shows a pretty amateurish understanding of the game to be honest. Going straight for the Snitch might make sense on paper, but think about having to find a walnut on a football field - how long would that take you? Now it's constantly moving. Now introduce altitude.

Not to mention the two Beaters aiming Bludgers at you. Not to mention the flying around on a stick. And during all this, then the other team only has to have a 15 goal lead to negate the effort of catching the Snitch.

Any team with a strong Beater pair and a methodical Quaffle strategy should be able to beat a team with a hotshot Seeker.

But, Andrew, you're forgetting about the fact that you could be carrying a snaffle bug that day, thus negating any attempt by the opposition to scupper your attempts to use the flanderry to sideswipe the trod and catch the bletch. It's very easy win the entire garnflow when you just do that.

My favorite part is the assumption that Kieran, the writer of the Ask Agata question is from Ireland and has a strong jaw line. I feel like it was also implied in the conversation that he often takes pictures of himself brushing his teeth, though I may be reading into it too deeply.

You're definitely reading way too deeply into this. I did pick up on something though: he seems like a great guy and he seems chill and cool imho
