Yeah, I was actually a bit bummed they pretty much eliminated any future sequels taking place in the 40s with the ending.

I thought Captain America was great. It was actually my favorite of the stand-alone Marvel films. The Transformers movies gave me headaches. To be fair, I only made it halfway through the 2nd one.

I rarely feel malice towards a movie that is honest in its marketing. The trailers for this were very clear and up front about what you would be getting should you feel the desire to spend money on it. I don't think anyone could honestly walk out of the theater and say, 'Oh I can't believe how bad that was!' after knowing it starred Pauly Shore and Stephen Baldwin

Nah, Goldmember needed a lot less Mike Meyers. Beyonce was fine, and did exactly what she was supposed to do. I'll put it this way, she was a marked improvement from Heather Graham.

I don't remember much about this one, but I do remember a lot of out-of-place sexual innuendo. I also think this was the point where I realized Mike Meyers was on the way down.

I feel like there was talk of an Elektra/Daredevil double-feature in a recent episode. Likely in jest, but it could work.

I definitely know what you mean (I thought Kingdom of the Crystal Skull looked like garbage), but I think it works for Gatsby as the story is all about excess in the first place.

Episodes where one of the gang is missing always feel weird to me. Not crazy about that idea. That being said, June sat through Punisher War Zone so she can handle a fair amount of violence. I couldn't even make it passed the guy grinding in the glass and I think that's the first 20 minutes.

I found this movie horribly boring above any other flaws. I think I may have fallen asleep in the theater. Part of the problem was that Josh Hartnett and Kate Beckinsale had - to paraphrase Jason - the chemistry of two wet bags of dogshit. I also have a vague recollection of Alec Baldwin being in this for 5 minutes.

I love Baz Luhrman and his insanity. Can't wait for his version of Gatsby. At the very least, it's guaranteed to lack the sterility of the Redford version. That being said, Australia was not his greatest achievement.

I really enjoyed this despite the fact that Couch Ku had to keep everyone focused. Or maybe because she had to. Pepitone was like an old man yelling at a cloud, but somehow delightful.

My elderly relatives (some of whom experienced the bombing at Pearl Harbor firsthand) all loved this movie. Do with that information what you will.

Well, in Angel she's playing the same character so I feel like that was a already a given. And like I said, I love her in Cruel Intentions. But she's been pretty mediocre in most everything else.
