Its Phillip Baker Hall...like you never want to see him again. In this 2005 drama we are sent INTO THE FUTURE! In the Year "2009" Hall's character is on the streets after the government makes it impossible for his retired ass to get by. All he has are his senile wits, lack of restraint for talking to himself, and his best friend Joe (who happens to be a duck).
This movie made me want to become a Duck hunter. Its slow, plodding, wears its politics on its sleeves and could have been summed up in 10 minutes. I used to have a screener but donated it to a Salvation Army that caught on fire 4 years later (coincidence?). Good luck and Godspeed..QUACK!.
