Andy Daly revealing his plans with the kids from Zap comes to mind. I also just discovered the episode where Gelman reads his iBrain story...which may be the funniest thing I've ever heard.

Good lord. This was such a perfect episode.

I guess iTunes hates podcasts today. Haven't been able to download I4H or The Long Shot.

Instant classic. Everything that PFT and Gillian (Gillyyyy) said was genius.

Yes! Amy Phillips! Her impressions are just uncanny. It took me five minutes to realize that she wasn't actually Silverman (didn't see the video version, obviously).

Episode UCB1 — BONUS EPISODE – Ask the UCB? – The UCB Philosophy
JacobCrites replied to admin's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
I feel like I discovered improv through I4H, so hearing a podcast like this where the inner workings and history of one of the most important names in improv are discussed was incredibly eye-opening. Fogelnest says here he owes everything to UCB. While I certainly couldn't say I owe everything to improv4humans, I owe a lot to it. Last year was one of the hardest years of my life, but having this show to look forward to every week made everything a little bit easier. It's not a stretch to say that this show has pulled me through some really tough times. And it's also opened my eyes to this whole comedy world I never even knew existed (I live in Ohio...comedy shows of any kind are kind of rare here). So basically, thanks, Matt. And keep these Ask the USB bonus eps coming! -

Wow! Just checked out the video feed. Daly looks like an absolute wreck. It actually made me concerned. Paul Rust's facial expressions during the New No Nos, however...amazing.

-Jay Pharoah and Taran Killam from SNL (both in character if possible) -Carrie Brownstein -Jenna Fisher (in honor of The Office's last season) -Anyone from Breaking Bad -Alia Shawkat (in honor of new Arrested Development!)

This was a surprisingly touching episode. At the end, where Huell was saying that everyone who could hear his appearances were the real California's Gold I almost shed a tear

It still holds true. Also, WHAT? What's the point of this show if there's no follow-up?

This is where I stopped reading. -

This is a terrible opinion. -
Tsk tsk, Tony. Comedy Bang Bang does NOT discriminate!

Episode 54 — The Odd Life of Timothy Green

Easily a top 5 episode. As much as I love the exasperating energy of most HDTGM episodes, I hope this leads to a trend of more frequent "serious" discussions of the films' failings and merits. Also, I nearly spat out my morning coffee upon hearing "Permanently unavail: Cemetery." -
Attaboy!

Same. In my head I was yelling, "Don't just sit there, Scott! Do something!" And then I started dreaming of Analyze Radiohead featuring Scott and Billy...

Once you go black: whoa!

WHAT

CBBtv has such a specific humor; seems like a lot of people completely missed the fact that Scott's questions were supposed to be mundane and uninteresting. I read a lot of reviews saying something along the lines of, "The host is trying too hard to be funny!" That's the point, dum-dums. I've been rewatching CBBtv this week. I thought it was fun, but hit-and-miss the first time. It gets so much funnier upon second/third viewing. I now honestly think it's one of the funniest, most creative shows ever.

Also like Doug Benson, Howard always sounds tired.

Currently listening to the first episode of Analyze Phish. So excited to catch up. This band is just so unexceptional. Completely incapable of coming up with a melody.

St. Vincent! She's already Earwolf alumnus!

When can we expect the I4H Te'o Special?

You know you want to rant about this, Matt. It's basically a miracle. You give up making fun of Tebow, and Deadspin gives you Te'o. -
Episode 63 — Malibu Ayahuasca Tea Party
JacobCrites replied to admin's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
Best episode ever. There was a Monty Python vibe to this one; every sketch looping back to the incredibly trippy story of a morphine addict. I hope we have more tied-together sketches like this in the future. It's always amazing when it works out (the first Lapkus episode comes to mind).
