Does "overbite" mean "chest"?

Honestly if Building the Track was its own podcast it would be my favorite podcast. But I also love the idea of recurring bits within the Rafflecast universe.

Episode 62.5 β Bonus Cut: Leave Tebow Alone: Besserβs New Yearβs Resolution
JacobCrites replied to admin's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
Amazing episode. This is the reason why I hate identifying myself as a Christian. Those twitter comments...ugh. Tim Tebow...double ugh. It's pretty amazing that Jesus specifically spoke out against gaudy, public displays of worship (like praying in front of television cameras in a stadium full of people) and yet these people claim to worship him. Just the idea of a football player using twitter as a forum to tweet scriptures makes me want to throw up. It's so wildly disingenuous and showy, the opposite of having a humble attitude, which Christians are supposed to have. All of this is just to say, you don't have to be a non-Christian to be irritated by Tebow or his legion of weirdos. I think that sort of extremist attitude is irritating in all faiths. It's like Gervais sneaking in comments about non-atheists being idiots in every interview he does. It's the same to me as Tebow thanking Jesus in every interview he does ("I literally have no idea how to answer this question without talking about the end of the world!") Is it really your personal duty to convert the world to your belief system through twitter and interviews? Just do your thing and don't be a self-glorifying jerk about it. -
Beckness! That's exactly what I was thinking while listening to the final product. And obviously the best choice would be Weird Al.

I don't think there was a strong enough concept of what the song would be about before it started. I think what made the Jesus song so great was that you actually tried to make a real Christian rock song; this one was just weirdness. And yet it was still a blast to listen to. Especially that ridiculous sax solo.
-
I actually love this idea.
-
Hey I know this is a safe zone, but it's not okay to call the safe zone a "safe space."
-
I know what you mean; there's a lot of comments on iTunes for HDTGM? saying that all the female guests are annoying...which is a bizarre thing to say considering Zouks has one of the most abrasive voices around. And, of course, because it just isn't true. I wish you had more female character guests on the show, honestly; I feel like there hasn't been a bad one yet.

Neil was great but things were a little awkward after Kristen's special got brought up. I think it bounced back in the second half, mostly. HOWEVER: Since apparently, there's some debate going on, I'll just say that Pam's character just never gets old for me for some reason. It's a thin premise, but such an entertaining one.

Episode 62 β Presidential Marriage Proposal
JacobCrites replied to admin's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
"Racial Slur." Interesting! What made you want to edit that out, Matt? Anyway, great episode. The Proposal sketch is an all-timer. -
And now it's time for the issue of Entertainment Weekly where we talk about what episodes were snubbed during the Best of 2012 podcast, and how it flubbed when it snubbed them! What are your favorite episodes that didn't make the cut. -Repeat Your Keyword This was top 5 for me. Can't believe it was relegated to bonus material. -Words With Friends I that Peele was brilliant on this, and Gillian brought some great stuff to the table. My favorite episodes are when we get really in depth with one crazy character, and this did not disappoint. -Mop Water A genius concept that took awhile to pay off, but it was worth it in the end. This is a Safe Zone I thought Brian Huskey was incredible on this; I know a lot of people didn't care for it, but this is one of my most-listened-to eps of the year. -Ghost Protocol I think people just forgot about this one because it's the first episode of the year. For my money (time is money so...idk what I'm saying) it's Herzog's best appearance. -Popcorn.com This was one of those veer-off-the-road episodes for me. Tim and Eric explaining the ridiculous complexity of popcorn.com and the popcorn.com search engine just killed me. And I actually liked Adomian on this one, contrary to popular opinion.

I just don't think it had enough little white hats.

Paul F. said there was an episode that he didn't want to make it into the top ten; a lot of people thought this was a failed experiment, so I just sort of assumed he meant this one. To be fair, there's a saying for people who assume.
-
Just listened to this episode for the first time a couple days ago (I'm on a Pepitone kick). Astonishing. Imagine a podcast with just Pepitone and Wittels.
-
That totally explains the weirdness I was feeling when watching this movie last night! You're absolutely right. There's only a couple scenes where he actually interacts with the other actors directly.
-
We need more Horatio on CBB. Between all his amazing improv4humans appearances and now this, he's become one of my favorite comedians.
-
I have a pretty deep voice, but when I really crack up I laugh like a Tickle-Me-Elmo. I TME-laughed nonstop during Shelly's account of the Electrician and the Ferrari-Dealer's Wife. And almost died several times.
-
Agreed about Mop Water. The whole journey of it is just hilariously convoluted and fun. I love how ALW's tender confession is shot down by Scott saying "I just don't feel the same way." And when Justin asks why Scott didn't want ALW's friendship, Scott says "Have you ever seen Starlight Express?"
-
I don't think it was unprofessional, I just didn't think it was funny.
-
Just relistened to this one. I think this is the one PFT hoped didn't make it into the top ten. But I still think it's one of the most wonderfully bizarre episodes of all time. The way it all comes together/falls apart even more when Mike comes in during plugs just kills me. Also Justin Kirk fits into the show perfectly. Hope he comes back.

Episode 61 β Your Safety Word Is...
JacobCrites replied to admin's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
Another instant classic. Something about the whole idea of Special Man just killed me. -
Episode 16 β What am I? On a Podcast?
JacobCrites replied to admin's topic in The Fogelnest Files with Jake Fogelnest
We need to get HDTGM on this, stat! -
I thought it was every bit as good, honestly.

I saw this movie years ago, and it was completely unmemorable, EXCEPT for John Voight's dead body being spat up by the snake at the end of the movie and BLINKING! That image has never left my mind. Sometimes it keeps me up at night.

You're a little stinker.
