I was losing my mind laughing at this ep (episode). The Hollywood Facts killed me every single time

Paul Seer:
You have a podcast about movies. Do you ever get confused about whether you're in a movie or in a podcast or just being in real life?
Â
Also please tell us about your new horror movie The Very Scary Bellybutton

Murphy and Gemberling are to of the best improvisers and they were spectacular on this show. I love how Gemberling once again managed to bring beastiality into his podcast appearance.

Perhaps one of the funniest eps ever. Felt like an episode of Great Bits.

Scott is my new favorite music critic. Finally I feel validated in my unabashed love for the new Coldplay album.
Â
Pitchfork gave this album a 4.6/10 btw. They're officially the worst.
-
I feel like you think this show is a joke? Is this all just a big JOKE to you Ged? Because I'm not laughing!

This album is better than it has any right to be. I think I'm enjoying it because it doesn't sound like typical U2. I think it has a lot to do with Danger Mouse's involvement.
I think most albums have a right to be good. This is America!
Â
But I guess they're from Ireland so yeah.
-
I like this album. It has good songs that are catchy and the lyrics are good and it's good and I like it.

Hey sorry I was dead for awhile. I got a new job, started dating someone, couldn't find my car keys etc.
Glad Chanson got what he deserved today. Cody was straight up getting on my nerves but WHAT ELSE IS NEW

"Giving each other notes huh, Sebastian?"
Yeah this episode is amazing. As good as any in-studio episode. Definitely need to hear this Sebastian fella in the studio for a full eppy
-
Victor and Tiny are two of my new faves.

Gotta voice some beefy with this ep--Kit Kitridge is the ultimate American girl doll. Those other tricks are just wanna-be's. How do I know this? Kit is the only American Grill that got her own movie!

Seth Morris tho...

Perhaps a more precise / equally fun exercise would be to pick out individual moments (to make it relevant, I'll specify that these be moments with guests, but we can abandon that stipulation pretty quickly).
Â
Off the domepiece:
-
At the very end of the Helbig ep when Grace is like, "This is how you end?" with genuine disbelief.
-
When Corddry was like, "Speak on that," and it just bussed the boys' whole entire shits right up. (Because that's what the boys say, usually they say "Speak on that.")
-
When Benny Shwaz starts singing "Aaaaaaaahhh BREAKOUT, beep-beep, poot-poots" after Hayes says something nice, and then Hayes says, "You're a good compliment-accepter"
-
SO MUCH of the Pally reactions, but esp when he starts talking shit about Lamorne in response to the boys' baiting. I think he says something like, "Lamorne is like 50 fucking years old"
-
When BJ Novak is like, "You have a strange relationship with plurals"
Edit: Please note that I say this activity might be "equally fun," compared to the single-ep lists we've been doing. That's because I'm not convinced that this type of listing is any fun at all. I want to make that clear up front. But I seem to derivesome kinda feeling from it, if only simple recognition, acknowledgement of shared experience, and the resulting personal validation that I do, in fact, exist in a world among others.
Wow. These are all among my favorite moments as well. When Adam says " Lamorne is like 50" it busses my whole shizz up

Not inspired to post this week. Don't know why. Sad face.
Chanson needs some prayers, y'all. Where my prayer warriors?

I'll bite. Off the top of my head:
1. Benny Swaz
2. Sinbad
3. John Cochran
4. Adam Pally
5. Dave Thomas

This is incredibly difficult to do because there are so many great ones but...
Â
Top Five Guest Segments:
5. Brian Huskey
4. BJ Novak
3. Ben Schwartz
2. Sinbad
1. Dave Thomas
Pretty clutch list. I feel like Sinbad's daughter deserves a shout-out for "I thought we were going to Six Flags" alone

I can't even think of anything clever. This was just awesome; he's clearly a fan of the show.

This is such a special show. I feel lucky to be able to be able to follow this show on this wonderful journey. If the show ended here, it would feel complete. Just a brilliant episode. Thanks, Scott

Also, love how Jason calls back the Improv4Humans where he learned what "defenestration" means.
Yes! That man knows his Oxford English Dictionary

Can anyone tell me what the controversy was that Scott refers to at the beginning of this episode?
