Let's all keep our fingers crossed that the outpouring of support will encourage a regular schedule. Take to the forums, Facebook, Tumblr and Twitter and let the gang know you demand more!
Challenge accepted.

There should be weekly guests who are forced to inherit the same evolving guest character throughout a campaign/season. For example, Matt Besser would inherit a halfling invoker with +7 to ass-eating from previous week's guest Lauren Lapkus.
That is a spectacular idea

The first ep was recorded in Sept 2011. Yes, it's been a long time coming! We're all so glad that it's here.
WHAT. That is bananas. So is there going to be a year-long gap between when episodes 1 and 2 were recorded, or do we have a year's worth of unheard podcasts coming at us?

I've been obsessed with Harmontown's ongoing and hilarious D&D game, so I cannot wait to hear this. I've never played it, but listening to comedians play it is the best thing ever.

Seriously, everytime I'm watching football and one of the commentators talks about how a wide receiver bobbles a catch, I always go into my "Pete Holmes doing Al Pacino from 88 Minutes" voice and go "what if... what if I do.... like a bobble."
-
Yeah this was my number one for sure.

I actually thought the Hunger Games movie was pretty brilliant. Those books just feel like they tap into the current youth culture of constant exposure to reality TV and violence-obsessed media, and it has a female lead that's actually believable and likeable; the movie had great performances and appropriately chaotic direction during the hunger games proper. In any case they're way more relevent and coherent than these Twilight movies. I can't follow of a single minute of them.
Â
Anyway, best line of the episode: "Baby puss."

Sean, I cannot thank you enough for recommending your podcast. It's incredible. I've been doubled over in laughter for like three hours now. That counts as exercise, right?

Truly a gift from heaven.

You guys are right. I'm sorry. I only have like two stories. Seriously. But that one is off the table, henceforth. I didn't realize I had told it before on the same show. It won't happen again. At least with that story. It might happen with my other story, and if it does, let me know, and that one will also be pulled from the rotation.
Â
Thanks so much for listening, check out the Long Shot,
Â
Sean
Hey, I have a horrible memory and it lead to a great sketch so it didn't bother me.
Â
Also downloading a few eps of The Long Shot. Always up for new comedy podcasts!

Oh man, that bit killed me. And the fact that he and Jewel were doing crack

Pussy Snacks is perhaps the greatest I4H sketch ever. Amazing job, guys.

Proops is one of the most quick-witted people on the planet; I'd love to hear him on I4H.
-
I think a more likely reason is that one of the gang is in the upcoming sequel.

Great low-key, slowburn of an episode. Nat was perfect for the show (I'd love to hear him back) and diving into Lennon's character's backstory was hilarious (obviously Lennon should be back as well).

There was a very reasonable request that we no longer make those eps available and we've accommodated that request. Sorry.
Can I make another even more reasonable request that you put it back up since it's perhaps the best episode of the show?

Are we allowed to suggest scenes from episodes before the last "best of"? I'll just split this into pre-best of vol. 1 and post-best of vol. 1
Â
Best Since last Best-Of:
Episode 49 - Seinfeld Scene
Episode 51 - Hair Club Standup Scene, Edgar Allan Poe Scene, Dirty News Anchor with Retarded Dan/Hemingway ghost
Episode 54 - Why/Why Not Gameshow, Russian Government, Political Ad
Â
Best That Should've Been on Last Best Of:
Episode 10 - Brothel Scene with Karate Joe
Episode 14 - Terminator Scene
Episode 30 - Catchment Scene
Episode 36 - Prank Scene
Episode 40 - Pussy Mines Scene, Over Hard Diner Scene
Episode 42 - ANYTHING from this, besides the vegetarian scene which was already on the last best of
Episode 43 - Crap On youTube - Face Ruboff/Satanist Scene
100% agreement

It seems like the characters based on LA-Entertainmentcentric characthers like the stand-up comic, the hollywood exec and even Daly's Mayor of Hollywood are significantly less funny than the vast majority of the others. I think I only come to the comment section to hate, but I don't post often so don't get mad Hot Soccer Mom, and please don't ever bring Paul Scheer back, oy.
Andy Daly's mayor of Hollywood isn't significantly less funny than anything.

I must say the Campaign Commercial sketch today absolutely slayed me. My favorite bit from an excellent episode. So that'd be...

Dear Mr. Matt Besser,
Â
Today was one of the most bizarre and depressing days in recent memory, involving the seriousness illness of a very close family member. But at the end of this awful day, your show was able to make me laugh until my abs hurt, pull me away from the drama and allow me to find a bit of inner peace for awhile. Improv4Humans is always a weekly highlight, but this week it was genuinely meaningful to me.
Â
In other words, thanks, Matt. I needed this.

I'm going to go ahead and say this is the best year of CBB ever. I can't remember the last time we've had a subpar episode.

Yeppers. It's not showing the new episode on iTunes, is anyone else having this problem?
-
If God doesn't exist, then how do you explain the fact that we get two amazing I4H episodes in one week? Because that's a miracle.
Episode 56 — Best of improv4humans Vol. 2

The only one that didn't feel like Best-Of material was the last sketch, the Tom Tom one. And it was still a good sketch.
Â
Truly one of the best podcasts in the history of the medium. Even the weak sketches are hilarious.
