It looks like Gelman is striking out on his own. Per his Twitter account: The full set is still available on Soundcloud, though that may not be the case for much longer.
-
If there were a "Weakest Flow" competition, Yung Lean and Masta Killa would be in a . Zzzz…
-
To hear Scott tell it (on his recent Long Shot Podcast appearance, I believe) he only did punch-up on Shark Tale. He wrote a well-received treatment for Shark Tale 2, but the original didn't make enough money to warrant a sequel.

Don't take no shit, April!

April is hardcore straight-edge yet loves Taco Bell. The mind reels.

Episode 50 — @dogboner
DanEngler replied to Brett Arnold's topic in The Fogelnest Files with Jake Fogelnest
Jake needs to host an Iron Chef-style competition program to determine Twitter's next top weirdo. Chairman Kaga outfit included. "Contestants, you have THIRTY MINUTES to come up with five world-class tweets, one Instagram, and one Vine. Your topic is…Sloppy Joes!" -
This stands out as particularly insane among the countless awful horror movies I watched as a kid, having had free reign of my parents' video store. Imagine my delight when the Upright Citizens Brigade tackled the terror of helper monkeys a decade later.
-
I've seen one in the theater (Batman & Robin), two on cable (Godzilla, The Devil's Advocate) and two at my parents' pre-Blockbuster-era independent video store (Over The Top, Howard The Duck). I own none of them.

Episode 93 — LIVE from DCM 15 Pt. 1
DanEngler replied to JulyDiaz's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
If you ignore the hour-long digression in which yet another listener proved himself totally incapable of defending a point, perhaps. On the other hand, "MOM I'M ON THE PHONE!" -
There wasn't one second of this episode that I didn't feel like smothering Armen with a pillow. Mostly as an act of mercy. Mostly.

Three reasons come to mind: Contractual: Live episodes are removed from VPN's YouTube channel so they can instead be hosted on Earwolf's own channel. Technical: There have been occasional technical difficulties in the live broadcast — audio/video sync issues, sound mixing, connection drops, etc. — that have been fixed in the final uploads. Financial: In a thread from a few months ago, someone from Earwolf said they purposely delay the video releases by 10 days to avoid cannibalizing downloads of the audio podcasts. Since (I assume) Earwolf makes most of their revenue selling ads against the audio podcasts, and ad revenue is contingent on downloads, they want to ensure their numbers remain high.

FYI: You* can watch Animal Odd Couples in its entirety for free on PBS.org. Netflix not required. * (Possibly) depending on your geographic location

Video episodes are always posted 10 days after they are recorded. The Besser Whooch just arrived on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4Dks4FU_AM

What can I say? Plans changed (again) and the spare ticket was suddenly re-un-available. Welcome to Seattle, where no one can make up their goddamned mind and you're lucky if half of the people who RSVP for an event actually show up.
-
FYI: Since there doesn't appear to be a central location for this info, here are Howard's "Have A Summah" tour dates. 8/03 Seattle (Neptune Theater) 8/04 Portland (Helium Comedy Club) 8/06 Arcata (Arcata Theater Lounge) 8/08 San Francisco (Cobb's Comedy Club) 8/10  Summahfest in Los Angeles (Nerdmelt)

CONGRATULATIONS MATT AND DANIELLE!
DanEngler replied to daveB from Oakland's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
Honestly, I'm amazed her name isn't "Arkansas". -
♫♪ Heyyy bros! As a devoted life-long gamer, I can confidently state that you are turning a throwaway comment from two extraordinarily busy gentlemen into an indictment of your entire lifestyle. Chill.

What exactly is an "arm wrestler"?
-
Nah, DWDAK's first episode dropped on 4-20-2012.
-
They also neglected to mention "Dining with Doug and Karen" in Scottrick's round-up of Doug's podcast empire, which means this episode may have been recorded before April 2012. Truly, a treasure unearthed from the expansive Comedy Bang Bang vault*. * Not to be confused with the Comedy Bang Bang Fry Vault, which is not (as some might assume) used to store comedy, but rather to safeguard french fries.††And occasionally icicles.

Episode 47 — Car Car Binks
DanEngler replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Fogelnest Files with Jake Fogelnest
For future casting purposes, Earwolf's own Kyle Dunnigan does . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfdK5ZXd4tM&t=3m38s -
APRIL: The junk's out of practice. HOWARD: Jesus, Kulap!
-
Howard appears to be wearing short shorts from a Hooters waitress. There's such a thing as having TOO much Summah, Howard.
-
I hope this is the week Howard takes his co-host on a tour of Dragon Manor, is visited by the real Lee in-studio, and reveals his age. THAT will teach Kulap to abandon the show!
