Episode 74 β Halloween III: Season of the Witch
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
Watching the movie now. Even more than Stacey Keach, I think Dr. McDrunky looks like late LA Lakers owner Dr. Jerry Buss. -
If it's possible to tell from a still photo (or freeze frame) that very little effort is being put into something, this is it.

Oh, cool. You should have pushed for a "featuring" credit.

Episode 252 β The Creeeeeeepy Halloween Special

A post that is non-sensical at first glance, and even dumber when you take a minute to decipher it. -
Episode 252 β The Creeeeeeepy Halloween Special

I didn't remember the first one having been recorded, but I agree that this one being sung live was awesome. I just listened to it again, and Rusty laughing at the first few times he says "Part 2!" and Scott going "Swamp Thing?!" were two of the best parts. -
Same here, but it's great, because I now laugh uproariously at a song that I haven't actually found funny since I was about 9. Great year for Halloween songs thanks to Monster Fuck Part 2 and Kids are the Suge Knight of Halloween.

Loved it. Did someone else do that kid voice or was that just Howard with effects?

I had some apple crisp at lunch today. Big-time under-rated dessert.

Instead of "Highway to Heaven" with a dog, "Here's Boomer" sounded like "The Littlest Hobo" to me. I looked up the trailer on YouTube, and it was in English, so I think they were watching some German export version. Also, it had this comment, from three years ago: "I cannot watch this anymore without thinkingο»Ώ of some creepy man/woman covering itself in shredded toilet paper and making barking noises in public." So is this an old story?

Episode 252 β The Creeeeeeepy Halloween Special

This is all perfectly reasonable, but I don't see why anyone feels the need to be the fourth or fifth or tenth person to express their disappointment in this thread, especially when Scott basically said he knew that people would be disappointed. I love those episodes, and was initially disappointed too, but the thing is, this was great. As soon as Scott took that very, very long road to get to "The Squawking Dead", I knew we were in for a treat. Great job by everyone. -
I love this idea. It would be a really simple shoot, too. Just get access to any little cafe after hours, have a few simple signs/menus, and get one or two other actors, and you could bang out half a dozen sketches in a few hours.

I mean, they acknowledged that the people who care about them really care about them. What specifically did they say that you think is wrong (other than obvious exaggeration for comedic effect)? Identical golden retriever puppies, one of which wears glasses?

With credit (and apologies) to AnimatedBeaver... Sir Richard makes a delivery to Howard's new business:

The Zouks avatar makes so much sense now. Really loved this episode.

Episode 60 β Coordinator of Falconry
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Fogelnest Files with Jake Fogelnest
Jake, I don't think you had enough fun recording this episode. It's like, it's just a podcast, not a cancer research symposium. Laugh a little bit, you know? BIG day for DAG on Earwolf! -
Excellent episode, lots of great stuff from both guests and just a good fun vibe all around. Scott's pink sauce comment (and Todd's reaction to it) was my favorite part. And I think the word Scott was looking for is "Ocbrober".

Episode 151 β Redeemed or Unredeemed, Hashtag!
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Who Charted?
I would like to purchase this episode as well. PFT + Whooch = guaranteed greatness I'm glad that Howard didn't make a stink about PFT backing out of their plan to BOTH get matching Mayor Larry Vaughn blazers. The Captain Phillips charac was fantastic. -
Nice! Everyone should zap straight 2 that site.

Fun episode. Agree that they lose absolutely nothing by having no guest. A lot of the guests are great, obviously, but three people is enough, especially when all three are awesome. Good call on Gutterballs, Shariq. I was thinking the same thing, and was a little disappointed that Jason didn't bring it up. If "Mike" Myers would have shown up eventually, I wonder if he would have said "Yeah, baby!" I need to hear more about Paul & June's date at the Body Works exhibit. -
Hey, about that (I'm guessing)... http://splitsider.com/2013/10/talking-to-lauren-lapkus-about-comedy-bang-bang-improv-and-orange-is-the-new-black/

Don't forget Reardon!

Maybe if Pete takes all of your suggestions and keeps working hard he'll eventually get really good and get his own TV show.

Yeah, this was really, really great. I liked this episode a lot, but I can see how non-Weirdos wouldn't like it. Gabrus was great. Murphy's character was funny, but felt like it was leading to a twist or deeper level that never came. Gabrus saying "It's OK, I said neggah" was BRILLIANT.

They're not doing that. They just said they're not like the Yankees or Dodgers because they develop more players themselves. Also, St. Louis is the 18th-biggest MLB market (almost as low as "your" Bucs), so they kind of are a small market team. They're not a small revenue team, but unlike most of the other teams with high payrolls, it's more a case of revenue following on-field success than the reverse.

Found a new one with two appearances: Tania Saulnier - In the Name of the King, The Wicker Man
