Episode 115 — Live from Atlanta/The South
Kickpuncher replied to Brett Arnold's topic in Professor Blastoff
I couldn't tell if Kyle was impersonating LL Cool J or "Rappin' Rodney" Dangerfield. -
I've just about caught up on every episode...

Paul's own podcast (The Pod F Tompkast) would also be a good candidate. -
Episode 68 — Over The Top: LIVE!
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
Yeah, the audience questions were fantastic on this episode. Great show all around. -
Is this a movie recommendation? If so, there's a separate section for that. Also, this movie was already done on the show earlier this year: http://www.earwolf.com/episode/nothing-but-trouble/

Ha ha, Jordan Rubin called Dan out on his "quote - unquote" habit. And then he did it correctly! Big development in the County if this continues.

Exactly!

Lord ALW declared Doug "a worthy opponent", causing me to become very worried for a moment.

Oh shit! (By the way, I hope that metal tornado isn't an American citizen, or President Barack Hussein Obamacare is going to have some serious explaining to do.)

Episode 91 — Biohazard Acoustics

No, he was a Seattle grunge rock band. -
"Sorry." "Gilly!"

Making it so good was a pretty brilliant strategic move by that poon nerd. Great to be back to the Tooch Classic formula.
-
Yes. So great.
-
Matt seems to be really enjoying this, which is great.

Ramhand asleep at the wheel!

Was about to post this. Howard at his best.

I'd be watching this no matter what, but I'm doubly interested to see Wie-Wie try to keep things on track on a live show without Ku-Ku.

Would that be a mechanical tornado full or sharks, or a tornado full of mechanical sharks? OR A MECHANICAL TORNADO FULL OF MECHANICAL SHARKS?!

Ponch Gigabyte I heard the Kanye/Besser story earlier this week, but after hearing this episode, I finally put two and two together - It should have been clear that Kanye was a big improv/alt comedy fan all along, because he's been dropping hints for years with his frequent use of Bob Ducca's catchphrase "HEH". You can tell that it's been a while since Bob appeared because it was one of the few times that Scott remembered less about a character's backstory than the performer did.

Episode 15 — Amy Poehler
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in By The Way, In Conversation with Jeff Garlin
Amy Poehler, in the words of Pete Holmes, what are you, the best? -

Kumail Nanjiani Instagrammed the same guy (the other guy) at Comic-Com the day after this VPN episode. I kind of wish that they've taken their two-man act on the road and the barefoot atheist just wasn't there at the moment (or was out of frame). -
I think he meant "MA-RONE!"

I love that not only do those figures exist, but that someone has them all in a nice display case with other Stallone figures on different shelves.

Cage won't stand for this. I have a feeling he's about to rip off an epic run of terrible movies in order to take back his rightful seat on the HDTGM throne.

List of Scott's Frequently Repeated Phrases
Kickpuncher replied to RyanCampbell's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I got way too excited when Kumail Nanjiani dropped a "My wife" on Nerdist after appearing on CBB last week. -
Or, failing that, some connection between Byron's dark wizardry and Chip Gardner's Satanic cult. The whole development of the conversation/ interview between Scott & Bob and Byron was really great (explaining the American "funny papers" was my favorite part), and I had no idea where it was going.
