This episode was so much fun. I love it when you can tell that they genuinely love the gifts. It would have reached a whole new level if Dirt Cup had been engineering, but that whole discussion was great.

Episode 74 — We R Michelle Shocked

Awesome episode, lots of great moments from everyone. I don't ever remember a scene being abandoned like at the end of the show, so that was pretty hilarious. -
Episode 29 — LIVE from SXSW

Jake's shame-spiraling diatribe after the "Chipmunk Punk" clip was one of my favorite TFF moments yet. -
This episode was just pure distilled Hooch joy. I'm lukewarm to Moeshe's stand-up, but he's always great as a podcast guest, and Ku and Wie were both killing it the whole time.

Steve's microwave cooking segment was featured on Conan tonight! -
Oh, cool, I didn't know you could get a whole "conversation" to display with a URL.

Great episode. Aaron's "material" joke was funny! Did anyone else think that the secondary music that was playing leading up to one of the last Punkys sounded like "Wave of Mutilation"?

Incidentally, Retta was my guess for the guest. Spice World might be the only movie I've ever gone to see in a theater ironically. If it were on Netflix Instant, I would absolutely watch it again.

I won't try to C&P the whole thing, but there's a Twitter conversation between them about a potential show-down.

This is the brilliant work of a deranged person.

If Lauren was actually named Tracy, she'd be the Tony Danza of CBB. Wengert's character was so weird and funny. Fun episode all around.

Episode 6 — Will Ferrell

Will is the best. He also seems totally down to Earth. Loved the soccer and Woody Allen stories. -
Episode 58 — In The Name of The King

When I first listened, I thought she was just consistently mispronouncing it as "Lilly Sobliesky". Now, I'm convinced that she magically became drunk for two seconds at a time every time she said it. -
I would like to see an "in-character" guest.

The archived video shows are usually posted a few days later, so maybe early next week for this one.

Yeah, we're gonna need to really go deep on that one. Kulap's five favorite things from that whole ad section would be great.

And I'll see YOU never at the archived show!

Episode 28 — VHS Nostalgia
Kickpuncher replied to admin's topic in The Fogelnest Files with Jake Fogelnest
Yes! Jake's Podmass comment was funny, because I'm sure a lot of people will have that reaction, but deep cuts like this are exactly why TFF is so great. Taking this point by point: - Loved hearing more about Room 237. Doug Benson talked about it on DLM after seeing it at a festival, and it sounds really fascinating. - On a personal note, the confluence of Kubrick films and VHS as a topic was really funny, because I actually still own the Stanley Kubrick Collection VHS box set (and have it and no other tapes sitting with my DVDs/BRs) despite not having a connected VCR to play it on. - The KNBC incident was pretty incredible, and OF COURSE Jake has the transcript of his full speech and OF COURSE Jake has tracked him down on the internet. - If any stations go off the air overnight these days, they should replace that anthem video with the "Closing Up the Plug Bag" theme. (Also, that one gave me a chuckle because my aunt and uncle lived in the probably-no-longer-growing Plattsburgh, NY area until about a year ago.) -
I really liked the plugs theme, but I sincerely hope that no one clicks on this link after Monday, or we'll be in jeopardy of breaking the edict that you can only be famous for one half week! This episode was really great. Rusty's "Richard Wetfuss" line was a perfect example of that guy not caring who he cheeses off.

Yeah, I can't figure this out either. http://www.quickmeme.com/meme/3tgkje/

"It's the wrong one, isn't it? No, it's my wrong brain." Quintessential Wie-Wie moment.

In case it wasn't clear, that post was exactly 0% serious.

His Punky scenarios were great! So, does anyone else want "What's That Punky?" to become a weekly spin-off show in the vein of Two Charted and Sklarbro County?
