I think it was six - seven flubbishes with one removed for good behavior.

Episode 33 - The Big Lebowski and Magnolia Live Show with Aimee Mann and Paul F. Tompkins
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in I Was There Too
This was great, and now I really want that shitty movies grab bag episode with Paul and Little Janet Varney. -
Good stuff. "Signature flubbishes" is an instant classic. Since Howard didn't mention it (and honestly, probably doesn't even know/remember), "Lopez" premieres on TV Land tonight.

Episode 41 - Musical; Theater with Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Earwolf Presents
That was amazing. At first, I was like "Oh, so 'Maus', but with dogs and cats instead of cats and mice"...and then he changed it to make it exactly the same! -
Episode 41 - Musical; Theater with Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber

Every time I hear PFT doing ALW, it takes me a solid 15 minutes to settle into a groove where I'm not laughing at every single thing he says just because of the voice and his various overly formal turns of phrase. Am I crazy or did he actually call Gino "Ginosephat" at one point? I hope this is an ongoing podcastule endeavor, but even if there's only one more episode, I really want it to be the platform for the Hamilton challenge that Paul has agreed to do with Benny Schwaz. -
Episode 53 - The Line For The Circular Saw In The Lumber Department at Home Depot

Yes! I knew there was something I wanted to mention from this one, and that was definitely it. -

WHAT'S THIS NOW?! -
That line tickled me to no end. Joe and Neil are a perfect combo because they have a unique gift for coming up with the most delightfully idiotic stuff. And Jerrod is pretty much the most affable guy in the world and his show is really good.

Ha ha, WTF? The numbers even skip from 295 to 300. That aside, this was a really nice look back. Having been a fan of the Sklars since the Cheap Seats days, I remember being really psyched when they launched the show and have been listening ever since. That also got me on board with Earwolf from the start, and it's been a huge part of my life, so if you guys are reading this, a huge thanks for that.

What new features would you like to see? Two fairly basic functional things on the front page: 1) I think the company line on this is "It's Soundcloud's fault and we can't do anything about it", but if a new site infrastructure allows a way to restore the ability to download directly from the main page (the links which used to download but now just direct to Soundcloud pages), that would be great. 2) This was never an issue until the Wolfpop shows were added, but only having five shows (i.e. fewer than are released on a lot of days) appear on the main page without clicking "More Episodes" is a little annoying. One aesthetic thing: Please keep the color scheme! It feels really integral to the identity of Earwolf.

I was going to say the exact same thing! This one was a lot of fun. Howard having a bit of a longer leash is always entertaining. April's story about the celebrity dating app was amazing.

Episode 3 - The Illustrator
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Beautiful Stories from Anonymous People
This was tremendous. The guy not knowing Robert DeNiro was amazing, but I can't help wondering if he would have instantly recognized him if Chris listed his most iconic role and quote - "I want that pill...Gimme that pill." -
"If you were ever a kid in the mid '80s in San Diego, and you were like 'I want to fuck that chicken'..."

Episode 52 - The Last Blockbuster Video Store

You singin' U2 to me? The stuttering piano was one of my favorite Eban bits ever. -
Episode 295 - I Got a Bullet in my Neck!
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Sklarbro Country
I didn't recognize John's name, but the Caray impersonation where "the game is incidental" (and especially "Check out the kid in the sombrero!") felt very familiar, so it must have really made an impression on me back in the day. That character segment was some real M. Night Sklaramalan shit. -
Yeah, I've been wondering...the last episode was released on a different day, so I thought they might just be moving, but nothing since. I vaguely remember Marissa saying something about not doing another show until Gutterballs came on or something, so maybe that was an explanation for another break.

Episode 70 - Seth Morris: Dancie's Fancies
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus
Sounds like he's really let himself go since Hannibal ended. I guess it was too much to hope for a Bob Ducca episode, but this was pretty great anyway. -
"Scott Takes" could be his own version of New No-Nos.

Episode 2 - Passport, Exodus
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Beautiful Stories from Anonymous People
Totally agree. I liked the first one, but this was really outstanding. Judging by the number of comments, a lot more people listened to #1 (probably because it was #1 and was in the I4H feed), which is a shame. -
Yes. Also, Scott does this with almost everyone. Also, Howard's interactions with almost everyone are awkward,

Episode 32 - Aladdin with Gilbert Gottfried
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in I Was There Too
Great stuff. Like his CBB episode, I feel like Gilbert perfectly walks the line of saying stuff that's a little uncomfortable without really being offensive. Matt's Linda Hunt line killed me. -
And I think Rush Hour was mentioned in the last episode. Shameful. Great line-up, and I loved the mix of characters and real people. Finally, a horrible joke inspired by this episode - What does Mac Weldon underwear do with bacteria?

Scott's take on the Meghan Trainor song is one of my favorite moments in Whooch history.

Episode 51 - Tesla Charging Station: Live from Largo
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins
So many Happy Birthday teases. "Is there any way to silence that lamb" might be my favorite line in Spont history. Fantastic episode. -
I did not perform the cantina theme with that man. I want that Tim. The idea of the woman from The Weakest Link dying in 9/11 made me laugh way too hard.
