Ah, shit, of course. I don't know how I forgot that after wondering for weeks when it would be released.

As I've said before, salty Howard is the best. Great episode. Edit - Just looked at the photos, and the three of them posing with the figures is THE BEST.

This was a lot of fun. When they reduced the scheduled for baby time a while back, Paul said that there would be some episodes like this with just the three of them chatting, so I'm glad it eventually happened. It seems like they could do something similar every time without too much of a burden in terms of scheduling. Just record every two weeks with 10-15 minutes at the start being part of a minisode with follow-up on the previous episode (then Paul can the rest of the minisode as usual), then do the regular episode. (In fact, I'd guess that's what they did here, i.e. recording the Rhinestone episode after this.)

"Why is everything about dogs with you?" was one of the funniest quick reaction lines I've ever heard in improv.

This might be my favorite annual tradition (CBB or otherwise). I love that Shout Awfulmummy was able to overcome his obvious terror at the beginning and do an "IT'S BEEN". I guess Ghost Boy isn't racist anymore?

I never watched Mac & Me, and it's been a long time since that episode, so thank you for mentioning this and making me burst out laughing.

All good points. I also think it's problematic that his apparent appeal is largely ironic due to his (struggling to come up with a better word) weirdness; like, he's not entirely a cool ex-athlete who's genuinely funny or charismatic. And I don't think it's a stretch to say that he has (or has had) mental health issues which are probably, to one extent or another, the root of his past issues and his current popularity.

Wow, shit got real at the end. That was amazing. Also loved June's line, "When the monkey kissed him, I don't know what happened." With all the (deserved) posts about the end, no one has mentioned one of my favorite HDTGM moments ever, which was June positing that Allan was running to class at the beginning, and Jason's ensuing fit of uncontrollable wheezing laughter.

Yeah, it's weird. The first time I became aware of this show was someone posting a photo of a toy from it on Twitter and pointing out that it's weird to make a toy of a convicted rapist. I guess the flip side is that he paid his debt to society and it's been a long time since then, in which he's mostly stayed out of trouble. It's clearly not meant for kids, so I don't know that it being a cartoon should necessarily make it worse, but it does feel worse.

My favorite part is how it's not enough to dislike Pete, but people presume to know that his laughter is fake.

So great. The main discussion was really good, but then the capper of Kyle's body rapping and Pete's reaction to it really put it over the top.

Yes! Even before that incident, he complained about the bird. I don't know the politics of dealing with an in-home caretaker, but shouldn't that mean she doesn't get to have a bird in his house?

The one about Don Pardo was also more of an opinion than a 'rule'. Scott sure has a lot of opinions about Saturday Night Live, including that the name doesn't make sense. "SaturdayDAY Night Live"?

I'm glad Dan eventually corrected himself on the Ron Santo comment, because that was unacceptable. A County t-shirt with "I have to think before what I do" and a stuffed horse would be amazing.

I hadn't listened to today's CBB when I read/posted this, but now the timing seems really amazing given that Scott really dug in on Staind today after laying off it for a while.

I was thinking it would be the Festival Supreme episode and didn't even think about it being time for the Halloween episode, so if that's a bonus ep, all the better. Amazing episode. Bitsy Boo was hilarious; the Horatio stuff seemed so random, but it was perfect. Was anyone else wondering if Paul has ever hacked the SAC?
