I think the logical conclusion is that Christopher Lambert is Dexter Texter Morgan's birth father.

Yes, good call. He was comfortable and funny, and talked the perfect amount for a "third" guest.

Great episode. Showalter is super cool, and anyone who hasn't seen the State 'reunion' on @Midnight last week should seek it out. In case anyone else was curious, Detlef Schrempf and Rik Smits played together on the Pacers from '89-'93, and neither played there prior to '89.

Just remembered another really funny moment during WYR - Scott says the aviator glasses are the flip-up kind, Voda says "That's pretty cool", and Scott says "It is pretty cool, yeah. It's pretty cool! (Miley Cyrus Talk Show)".

Episode 118 — Ukraine Obese
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
Great episode. Loved the "Ukraine Obese" callback during the customer service call. -
That reminds me, Howard mentioning that these were songs from his teen years was probably the closest he's ever come (at least intentionally) to dating himself. Also, while Ku's pronunciation of "Husker" was definitely wrong (she said it like in corn husker), I think Howard's "who-sker" was also wrong, wasn't it? I think it's a U sound like in "push".

On that note, one of my favorite exchanges was something like... ("What Does the Fonz Say?" discussion) "There's no way that no one has thought of that already." "Or maybe just no one cared." "See, that's why you're unlikeable."

I'm pretty sure they did discuss that. -
I don't think any of the last few have actually happened.

I don't know what's happening, but I know what the only acceptable reaction is.

Horse fighting was just mentioned on Parks & Rec and my brain nearly exploded.

Episode 75 — HALF OF THE BOTH

Love it! Ted is one of my favorite artists, and has the distinction of being someone I really got into specifically due to his association with alt comedy. I saw Ted and Aimee in concert a few months ago, and not only was the music great, but I can confirm that their banter is indeed hilarious. -
Man, this episode was so fucking great. Every moment that has been mentioned so far was fantastic, and I feel like there's at least 1-2 other moments that absolutely killed me that I'm forgetting and that haven't been mentioned here. Betsy's character was great. I love when Scott said "That's a Smashing Pumpkins song!", and was hoping he would do a call-back when Jimmy mentioned the year 1979. PS - I'm glad that the "Jizzum!" moment has lived on long beyond the demise of What Am I Thinking.

Really fun episode. Doug is an ideal guest because he's up on pop culture, but more than willing to make fun of everything (including stuff he really likes). On a related note, I watched Howard and Besser's episode of Getting Doug today, and it was also really good.

It was definitely recorded before 139 but after 138. Early in 138, David challenges Kyle to remember a number until the end of the episode. In 140, they mention that they forgot to revisit it at the end. In 139, they also mention this, and mention that it was brought up in "the Barry Katz episode".

Yeah, I'm sure it's nothing, but not even acknowledging Aaron's absence is a little weird. Barry's voice sounds like Blaine Capatch's commercial voice-over guy.

Regarding that last one, neither of them have HBO Go? Awesome episode. Total garbage movie.

Alrightalrightalright.

During the second story, I can't believe no one made a "Dennis Byers Club" joke (with subsequent McConaughey impressions).

Episode 267 — That Wasn’t It (I’m Back) [Hee Hee]
Kickpuncher replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
This was really great, I'd say quite a bit better than "Michael's" first appearance. My favorite line (because I knew it was coming, but the delivery absolutely killed me) was when he was talking about people of all different race, creed, etc. "...and age! Hee-hee!" -
No, Layer Mary Vaughn.

Wait, did Reptile watch the Silver Shamrock commercial?!?

It's a different color from the classic LMV jacket, but it's still awesome that someone actually made that.
