Makes sense, but it seems like they would have just said so if that was the plan.
-
This was a lot of fun, but I don't understand why they would do a two-hour episode of Bond rankings and not discuss some of the most obvious categories, i.e. best movie, best Bond, best Bond Girl.

We need closure on the Kimmy Gatewood GLOW squats question!

Bob Ducca!!!!!!
Â
MULTIPLE LISTS!
Â
Great ep. I'm glad Nick was just being himself because he and J-Dog are great together and Ducca really got to shine.
Â
Does anyone remember a really old episode where Scott pretended to interview Morrissey, and all the answers were clips from songs?
-
Â
Tracy Chapman in her fast car?
Â
YES! I couldn't figure it out, but that has to be it.
-
This is one of my least-favorite movies I've ever seen in the theater, so I'm definitely Team Gourley on this one. Fun ep as always.
-
"Tommy Bahama?"
Â
Sounds like Harry Potter has officially replaced Star Wars as Mark's pet reference that enrages Pete.
-
Happy to hear that Paul is about the be a dad, because he is a genius crafter of terrible/great dad jokes.
-
Maria Blasucci's name fits the rhythm of the "Eban Schletter name spelling song"!
Â
So does Paul's, if you include the F.
-
A good play on "Tears in Heaven" for a ratings app/site would be "Tiers in Heaven".
Â
Funniest three-word character ever - "SOLD OUT, MON!"

They never actually officially closed up the plug bag during the ep. Jesse Ventura probably got out and ran away.
Â
A small price to pay to hear the Hollywood Facts theme. I thought they might get to it earlier when Andy referred to Scott taking a long road to get to a 'bunk fact' (which was Hollywood-related).

A+ Noid impression by Gemberling.

Tony's public access story was amazing.

"'THE GOLLUM TWEET'?!?"
Â
And the long-awaited return of 'Happy Birthday'!

Fantastic episode! One Mississippi is really good, too.
Â
"How would you feel if she ended up just being a human?"
Â
"Disappointed."
Â
"Like Kevin Sorbo!"

I know it's been a while, but I finally started watching I'm Sorry this weekend, and holy shit, it's so funny. Among many great elements, it might be the best deployment of Zouks I've seen.
-
"You can get a damn alligator in a Batman suit!"
Â
Great ep!
-
It's also that time of year where Spontaneanation may or may not be hosted by Mr. Peanutbutter. I'm never sure but i just want to believe.
Â
What is this, a cross-over episode?
-
Great ep. "Fasting Furiously" is a FUCKING TERRIFIC IDEA.
Â
I don't think it's necessarily common, but St. John (pronounced "sin-jun") actually is an upper-class British first name. [side note, no discussion of most British person in this one, but on name alone he might go in the driver's seat.] In the season of Mad Men where Sterling-Cooper was bought by a British agency, one of their executives was named that.
Â
Also - "Oh, you say 'baby', too?"

Kevin should feel good about his audition. Other than the fact that he's styled to look like him, there's really not much of a resemblance.

Everyone should Brexit whatever they're doing right now and listen to this.

"Ooga booga, is this magic?"
Â
Yes, this episode is 100% magic.

I guess this is somewhat inevitable with a topical podcast, but I laughed really hard at the fact that the last two 'guests' on HN are both in the news today.
-
Great ep, one of the funniest LL characters ever.
Â
"...because of her OCD that she had for one episode."

Re. the question about Bond actors playing villains, Timothy Dalton guest starred on a season of 'Chuck', playing a character that was essentially a Bond villain, and he was fantastic.

Episode 357 - Whip It Out
in Who Charted?

Great ep. I'll never hear a Tom Petty song with the correct lyrics again.
