Scott did also say they're on good terms and it was just a misunderstanding about what the show was.

Wait, whuuuuuuuuuut?!?

All massive understatements -
Brendon Small must have the oddest appearance numbers ever, an almost four year gap broken by two shows in a month.
-
Typical. Whenever there's a funny male comedian on the show, everyone suddenly comments on his looks and asks if he's single!

Episode 108 — I Do Muther-F-N-improv!
Syme replied to JulyDiaz's topic in improv4humans with Matt Besser
Matt Chesser. A chess set with all the pieces modeled after I4H guests. So Besser would be the king, feel free to speculate who the other pieces for this terrible hypothetical idea would be. -
So, Texter was in a car accident because he was texting while driving. Is it possible that he was the one that ran over Chewbacca?

I understand what you're saying, but I think there's a difference. I like a lot of Jazz, Krautock, Post-Rock and I can understand the impatience people have with long songs, and certainly to something like Godspeed You Black Emperor you can find yourself wishing they didn't have to build up quite so slowly, but it's rare that there's a part of the song that actually sounds terrible to me, at worst it's just a bit dull. And I've liked a couple of songs or even just bits of songs I've heard over the course of these podcasts, but it's not going to change all the parts I thoughts were awful.

It's been discussed on the show and the forums several times. Most people don't want to listen to an uninterrupted phish song for 10 minutes. It would make for a terrible comedy podcast. If you're listening to this actually hoping Harris might change Tom or Scott's mind, you're doing it wrong.

Is it just me having a problem with the file? It plays on my computer, but not on my phone.

So sorry, that wasn't Michael Jackson, it was Barack Obama.

It was good although a few technical hitches seemed to create a slightly awkward atmosphere. Also It seems like the heat might have been throwing them off a bit. I hope Andy Daly does that character again for an earwolf episode.

As Scott mentioned on Monday's episode the livestream is here http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x15pgq3_comedy-gives-back-live-stream_fun#from=embediframe if you miss it, it should end up as Monday's episode. Don't know if the video will be archived. The rest of the schedule is here http://comedygivesback.com/

As much as I like comedy analysis, there's really not much "constructive criticism" you can give to an improvised podcast. I'm not saying people shouldn't ever do it, but what can anyone really offer? It's improv, there's a chance it's going to fail occasionally. If there's a character or guest you don't like, well not to worry because they might not be on again for a while, if ever. It's not a scripted show where you can talk about pacing issues or character motivations being unbelievable.

Episode 252 — The Creeeeeeepy Halloween Special
Syme replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Scott has predicted all your reactions. This is a funny episode everyone. I miss suicide house, the spooky guys and ghost boy too, but why not talk about what it actually is? -
Well one person has still complained about Pam Murphy's character being annoying. It's a funny idea though and I wondered if I was crazy because a similar thought occurred to me. It is much more likely that Scott just wanted to have Pamela back on and the timing worked out though. It reminds me of how much she laughed at the idea of murdering Kulap and standing over Scott with a gun and a knife. If a bunch of LA comedians are brutally murdered one day, we'll know who to blame.

You should have got them.

I love how PFT seemingly fed up of the scatalogical WYR questions, just went as crass as he could on the 2nd NYC show. It's weird hearing him say those things.

Scott Aukerman as "Karen" in the Toronto episode is my favorite thing.

Watching some of the tweet and pictures from the tour makes me wish there was some kind of video diary of the travels.

I think it's the first time Lapkus has been the only character guest as well, last time Todd was on with Adomian's Seymour Hoffman and it got into some seriously dark, disturbing territory. I liked the episode, but I felt like I needed a shower afterwards. This time Todd's story was allowed to developed without getting derailed so much and it was a lot lighter and sillier.
-
A bonus episode during the tour? Is it possible to have too much comedy bang bang? No. No it is not.
-
Yep, a lot better thanks.

Audio quality not so great on this show. I'll allow it, but watch yourself counselor.
