I love this one. For me, the idea of the Enterprise spending an ENTIRE movie traveling back to San Fran and trying to procure a giant shouldn't work in any way. Yet, for me any way, they did great job carrying it off. I'm not a Trekkie, but I genuinely like this movie. -

I catch something new each time I listen to this one - probably why it's my favorite episode, I think. This most recent listen, I about died laughing when Tim referred to Woody Allen's latest film 'To Rome with Love' as "the pizza movie". Genius!

No offense, but why do you keep listening? You made it clear last week you don't like Jeff Garlin. If it's because you like the guests, there are plenty of other shows where you can hear Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis interviewed. No reason to keep lisening to a show hosted by someone you clearly don't like. -

To me, this is the opposite of 'In the name of the King'. Both are awful, awful films, but this one is just so much fun to watch. Where else can you see Richard E. Grant, Roger Moore, Barry Humphries, and George Wendt give such bonkers acting performance? And Mark McKinney!!! Mark freaking McKinney is in a movie with the Spice Girls!!!

Toshiko from Torchwood is straight up terrible as the pregnant friend. In a movie full of terrible performances, she still stood out.

Isn't this one inspired by the Lovecraft mythos? Speaking of that, they should do the early 90s Necronomicon movie. That movie is a bonkers blend of cut-rate monster costumes and laughably bad acting (save for David Warner).
