On 8/21/2018 at 1:16 AM, Earl J. Waggedorn said:They asked if there were other songs that had an additional songwriter. The only one I know of is "Old Man Kensey," written by Jeremy Ayers of Athens, GA, along with B/B/M/S.
Michael's sister, Lynda Stipend, is credited on 'Bandwagon'

Carl Tart is a(n inter)national treasure.
I was convulsing with laughter for the opening. Part of it was just because the singing was so funny - but also, laughing at the fact that he was going to have to sustain it for the duration of the episode.
Scott's blatant setups later on were gold. Especially when Carl didn't seem to get them quite so immediately.

I'm surprised Orange Crush didn't elicit a "FUNKY!" response.
That bass line - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_2RZzxr2J4
Â
Also - is this the first/only episode of this podcast not to feature any sub-podcasts?!
(actually, I can't remember how soon into UTU2TM - episode 2 or 3?)
-
I think 'Get In The Dolphin Tank' has been the most enduring Off Book number in my head so far - I still keep find myself singing it, weeks later.
-
I felt I loved this episode after the "leaning against a column" harmony.
Â
That single, one-line harmony is already one of my all-time great CBB moments. It was incredible.

As soon as I saw the announcement/heard the teaser last week, I was giddy with anticipation. Jessica McKenna has been a standout for me on CBB and I4H over the last year or so.
Â
Listening to this first ep, my high expectations have been met and then exceeded.
Â
Bravo all round.

I noticed this seemed to slip by unannounced...(?)
Check out the Comedy Bang! Bang! performance from the Now Hear This festival in Anaheim, CA. Featuring Scott Aukerman, Jason Mantzoukas, Jon Gabrus as Gino The Intern, Paul F. Tompkins as Kent Daarvilstaow, Lauren Lapkus as Pamela from Big Bear and Andy Daly as Don DiMello.Â

I declare Mike Hanford the winner of this particular show. He was truly and utterly magnificent.
-
Get in on the Howl forums early guys!
Â
Don't be a Carlos!
-
Scott was right - imminent new Bond movie means it’s *time* for some watch ads!
Â
In this month's (UK) Wired magazine:

Little Timmy's rap about the things going on in his inner emotional life is truly magnificent.

-
The one that really got me into it was #44 - the interplay between ALW and El Chupacabra is/was gold.
Â
If your friend has gotten into Spontaneanation, it's probably not a bad idea to have some PFT in there.
-
Guys, I have a problem, I've listened to the Time Keeper bit maybe a hundred times
A hundred times? How did you find .......the time????

-
When Mrs Potts said that once her son got smallpox as a human boy, he was toast, I was expecting/hoping Scott to jump on that and ask her about the mechanics of that transition.
- 2
-
2nd best part of the ep: Scott being the last one in the room to figure out that the duck character is a specific reference.
PFT's laugh at that very moment is a thing of sheer beauty.
-
I've heard of Thomas Middleditch, but Thomas Ditching in the Middle of a show?
Â
And that has been Riddle Me This.

I was voted most likely to be the Timekeeper.- 2

Now listening to this ep for a third ...time.
Â
Forgot how much I loved Ho-Ho's exceedingly twisted: "Did he walk a boy into a shower?"

-
This is Joe's first time bringing one of his character back, right?
Â
I believe so.
Â
I'm still waiting (in vain) for another Shelby Orangina appearance.
Â
Or that guy with the method for remembering people's names, whose name I have somehow forgot. (I must have selected an inappropriate keyword.) ((Speaking of: that character's "you're name is Zazzu" line might just be my favourite single moment in six years of CBB eps))

Episode 554 - Educainment Squad
in Comedy Bang Bang
Posted
Going back through some 2018 episodes before placing my best-of votes.
I feel this one needs to be #1 this year.
It was pure manic-laughter-inducing gold.
