REM is the first band I ever liked. Not that I disliked music beforehand, but they were the first band that I recognized myself as being a fan of. However, the relatively new Out of Time ended up not being a good cassette to purchase a 6 year old kid and I didn't become a hardcore fan until after Bill Berry had left. I still remember I'd get super excited whenever they had a new single out. I wish someone had bought me Document instead. I would have made fewer lame musical purchases in grade school (although the first CD I ever bought with my own money was by Oingo Boingo and I'm damn proud of that).

The execution is quite different but they are both female teenage interns who are inappropriately frank about sexual matters with Scott. That's not enough to make me think Reardon is unoriginal, but saying there's no similarity at all is a bit silly. I really hope one day there is an intern off between Wompler, Reardon, and Gino. That would almost be guaranteed to make my top five of the year.

I liked all my favorite suggestions so far, but as far as return guests, I could hear Kindler and Glass bounce off Jake every week. If there was an episode of the Todd Glass show with all three I think the energy levels would be off the charts.

At the very least I already requested my local library to purchase it.

Is it wrong that I kinda want to see what Eric looks like now? Hope everything is ok with him...

I do. I didn't think the second one deserved to be on the top ten list last year, let alone be the number one pick. I did like this one better, but GOAT is a big stretch. I can think of three other PFT episodes from this year alone that I liked better. I'd love to see Fourvel paired up with any other character and or guest, or to have Bobby do something different next time.

I was expecting this to be more of a 'funny clip show' type of episode, but very glad you went this route instead. EDIT Fixed my dumb typo.

Anyone who likes Always Something There To Remind Me.... don't check out that soul singer guy, get the Burt Bacharach box set instead.

What about last Sunday's episode of Veep? It must be weird to be Zach right now, everything airing all at once.

There could be an entire episode based around improving as oblivious beautiful people and I'd be fine with it.

I kinda wanted Scott to shit on this record a little more. I didn't like any of the actual songs that were played, but I must admit that the production quality is fantastic.

Armen's back and Paul Rust is the guest? This sounds like it's going to be delightfully awkward. (EDIT: IT WAS) My fake FaceBook name got a shout out! Made my day!

The guests of the paid episodes were PFT, Sir Mix A Lot, Jonah Ray, and Garfunkel and Oates. I'm not sure about the dates. For some reason they're not currently in the Earwolf store, but they are on iTunes for ten bucks?!? I bought the PFT one a few months ago via iTunes for $2.99, so I'm not sure if that one is the same price currently. The Sir Mix a Lot episode is fantastic. I haven't listened to the PFT one. Saving it for a rainy day.

Beyond Belief is mostly continuity free, except for a few episodes (mostly involving James Urbaniak), but Sparks Nevada must be listened to in order. Start with those two segments, with Sparks spin offs and Captain Laserbeam to follow, and proceed from there.

Met my high expectations. The games segment has to be one of the top ten ever. I completely lost it. The Earwolf website doesn't list his name, but I believe Marc Evan Jackson appeared on the other CBB/THA crossover episode, number 50. It's hard to name an absolute favorite podcast... but these two are right at the top.

I usually wait until I have 3 or 4 Thrilling Adventure Hour episodes stockpiled before I listen. I like to start with Sparks and end with Beyond Belief just like the live show, if possible. This plus the four episodes I've saved will make for a very thrilling day indeed. And yes, PFT Beyond Belief episode dropping today!
